I called Precise Plumbing after I spotted a weird water drip in my bedroom. It was a Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze me in that day. So accommodating, I don't know if you could beat the customer service they offer. I was called to be notified he would be delayed and then texted when he was 25 minutes out.

John was awesome! He was so personable, great personality, and genuinely cared about my problem. He crawled around my attic for the better part of an hour in the freezing cold just to discover there really wasn't a serious problem (thank goodness!) Very reasonably priced and, honestly, I would have paid more just due to his super positive attitude and being kept up to date on his arrival window. I will call them for any future issues and recommend them to EVERYONE I know!
