Susan C.In 2010 Precise Plumbing installed my mother's water heater in the garage. This company was recommended by a friend. At the time this company seemed to do a good job but now , after consulting Bell Bros I've learned that Precise Plumbing did not do the water heater correctly, nor did they tell us to have an inspector check the work, which should always be done.
I now am finding my messages unreturned. I would not recommend this company EVER!!!
Today I had a BEAUTIFUL water heater installed by Lowe's, and it is perfect! The entire installation is 100% better than what Precise Plumbing did!!
This Precise Plumbing should not exist!! Buyer Beware!!!
