So I work in facilities management for my day time corporate job and deal with suppliers day in and out all across the US and Canada. It is rare when I have to go outside my suppliers to get help with my personal home, but having a medically complex kid who requires a bathroom often, plumbing is not something I often want to be with out. Also at one point there were 4 girls living in this house too and a very awesome ex-boyfriend who put up with us.

So on Friday night I got a call from my 11 year old saying mom... I clogged the toilet and ah F****. Those are words you don't want to her. Called all my contacts to find out well crap, they are all traveling for other service calls or on vacation.

So cue the google search and poof. Precise Plumbing text me with in moments of a general inquiry. NOTE: I was stubborn and held out in hopes it would clear itself for 2 days......Now don't get me wrong I was willing to go snake my lines by renting a machine, but who the hell wants to spend their Sunday doing that.

We spoke about pricing which for a service call on a weekend and on a holiday that some celebrate was extremely reasonable.
He asked me some main questions about the clogs, and if I saw water flowing out the main drain line of the house. Luckily I knew all this doing this day in and out.

He then said his tech would be here in 45 minutes. Ok, cue the distrust in that statement and most would assume. BUT.....Holy cow he was here in 20. Prompt on time. Alfonso (oh lord I can't remember his name and this was 10 minutes ago) introduced himself and got to work.

Sadly the reality of the situation was that we knew the toilet had to come off the floor for the line to be snaked. This part is always loud, but POOF drain clear. He pulled back some wipes, which in the kiddos bathroom.

Alfonso cleaned up everything upon leaving and even swept the floor.

Overall I would give them 5 star rating, I was also so impressed with the timing and professionalism. That I plan to speak to my onboarding team at work to see if they can be a supplier when needed in this area for some of our national clients.

They came out and cleaned my main sewer line. They were all about getting the work done in a hurry, rather than doing it well and 3 weeks later the sewer is blocked again. I usually need to get it cleaned out about every 2 years as the line is long but it has been replaced. So far, they have not returned my call. One of the guys had experience with sewer lines, his partner obviously did not. Found them through Angie's List. Do NOT recommend them.

Both of our toilet backup and would not do a complete flush, by the next day the water in the bathtub and toilet drain slow, also the water from the washing machine cause the back toilet to overflow and to come up in the shower. I definitely had a mess. I went into Angi searching for a plumber in our area. I chose Precise Plumbing to have our main line snaked. Jay Cruz arrive introduce himself and proceeded to walk my husband and I on what he was doing. He was informative and professional. I am very impress with Jay and the service he provide to us. I have already sent out text message to my family and friends in this area about his plumbing business recommending him for their plumbing need.

contacted Precise Plumbing they were recommended By neighbor i was desperate I had a leak that was bad i made an appointment for the next day he called me back a little while later to let me know he was sending some out to see what he could do that night due to the leak being the main water supply line JOJO showed up it was dark and freezing out he got down and dirty digging and sucking out the water and dirt he phoned the problem broken pipe under cement slab worst case just my luck ,it was no problem for them The next day j, JoJo and a 3rd guy showed up in the morning jojo arrived first cut the slab was so Precise then jay and his other guy arrived jacked hammered and accessed broken pipe they were completed before 1pm i had to wait for repair to dry he sent jojo back to turn water on it was dark again JoJo stayed un till water was working and all the air was out of the pipes i was so happy . the team showed up to day and patched the walk way and it look like no one had broken cement Precise Plumbing is what i got i so happy no stress price was good i will use and recommend Precise Plumbing thank you to all 3 guys also they were very pleasant to deal with

Fast. Clean. Honest. Professional. Budget Friendly.
At a friend's recommendation, I texted Jay late afternoon to fix a leak in our toilet. He immediately responded and sent one of his plumbers to come the following day. Joe was on time, very efficient, friendly and polite. He also made sure that the area where he worked was left spotlessly clean. We will definitely use Precise Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Jay really went above and beyond for us! We had an urgent problem with raw sewage coming out of a sewer line clog. Due to the urgency, he rearranged his schedule to come out immediately and start the work. He provided me with pictures and videos of the pipe and the clog. It is an old building from the 50's and the pipe junction needed to be changed. Jay worked on this project for 3 days to get it working right. I'll be using Jay for all my plumbing needs!

Jay and the crew came to replace out 16 yr old water heater with a gas tankless heater. They had to install a new gas line from the meter to the heater location, as well as the the new water heater. They had a very reasonable price for the work. Allen and Joe did most of the work, and were very pleasant to have around. It took a bit longer than expected, but they made sure we had hot water before leaving each day. Overall they did great work at a great price.
