We have terrible experience with Precise Plumbing this summer. Blue Diamond Property Management, Samantha is using them exclusively for all plumbing needs. We moved in our new apartment's summer of 2019, and we decided to install our brand new washer and dryer right away. After delivery appliance people declined to install the washer because of bad cold-water valve, our property management called Precise Plumbing to fix it.

Plumber Lee concluded that the valve is good, while the wall has clear bubble under the paint, but we did not start to argue with licensed professional. After one more unsuccessful delivery attempt (for the same reason, bad cold water valve) Lee, plumber form Precise offered to install it by himself, which was very nice.

After he installed new washer, hoses (plumber use his own hoses) start leaking and created flood in our Apt and 2 apartment below us, we lived on the 3rd floor. Leak was inside the wall somewhere and inside the appliance closet, we did not notice it right away, only after laminate start swelling around it.

After we called our property manager again, Lee arrived again and concluded that he did not tightened hoses well and it was dripping, he admitted his fault. The owner of the company James come to our house after and double-checked everything again, he just wanted to make sure that everything is fine now. In addition, he concluded that water hose was not connected to the dryer, to the steam, we asked him to connected, but he declined. We didn't even know that water hose should be connected to the dryer. Another sign of bad work, and Lee never told us that he did not connect it.

Only after construction started, all floors, walls was taken off, we got a notice, that plumbing company declining to admit their fault and trying to put everything on us. They made up the story that we move out the washer after it was installed and tried to connect the water house to the dryer steam. What embarrassing, pointless and stupid lie. They made up this story just to put their fault on somebody else. Why I should move out the washer by ourselves? We got property manager who is doing this for free? Why we should even waste our time and efforts for this? We didn't even know that steam hose was not connected. Because of all this mess, we waited for almost 1 month, until repairing will start, because of insurance investigation. Finally, our apartment's owner insurance took our side and I guess they were after the Precise Plumbing Company insurance, which was declining to pay for any damages for all 3 apartments (ours and 2 units below us).

The construction inside the apartments and conditions forced us to move out from our apartments, which is very stressful with 2 kids especially after recent move 2 months ago.

This Company is full of unprofessional plumbers, full of liars and dishonest people. Think twice before use them or even let them touch anything in your house. Even if your property manager is using them, just do let them inside your house!

Our property management company has used James for years. He is a great plumber and an even better guy. He has gotten me out of so many jams over the years I cant thank him enough. If you have any plumbing issues in your home whether large or small I'd recommend James!

I had a pinhole leak in my attic that was dumping water through my bathroom and into my garage. I discovered this late at night and frantically called my HOA to send a plumber to stop the leak. James showed up and within a few minutes had figured out the cause and stopped the leak. He was easy to work with and the person handling my phone calls, Jessica was very good about following up and ensuring that I got the service that I needed.

I went with Precision Plumbing again to have my damaged pipe replaced and to have them set up my old bathroom unit to be a standup shower. Again, they were very organized for scheduling and the plumber who helped me was quick and effective. The billing process was easy and Jessica helped me to get everything taken care of.

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, whether routine or emergency.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with them. Not a Fair pricing and also got trapped into misleading. To begin with, their prices were above average, higher than top-rated other licensed installers. We got a quote from three different companies, there was the highest. We were hoping it could be a simple repair. They quoted around ~$175 if it could be repaired. Later I canceled the repair, as scheduled for replacement next day. But later owner showed up anyways in my absence and provide misleading and wrong information on the phone. he quoted $500 just to disconnect the water line. It should be part of the uninstallation. next day I find out the information provided was not correct, I was misled and trapped into the contract. End of the day I paid over 300-400 extra compared to other places one would have paid, including Lowes.

The installer was a very nice and decent person, but still, he scratched the water heater at least 4-5 places. Not to a big deal for immediate, but it does over time, as it shall start getting rust, as the paint was peeled off. Also when he tilted the water heater, he spilled all the rusted water and it has ruined lots of stuff and food in the garage, that we through away later. We helped him both lift and clean-up.

Bottom line they were just into getting their highest $$$ less about the customer. I would definitely not go with them in the future. Fyi, their customer service was great, but when I asked them to come to install it later afternoon they said no, but to get late charges and trap you into the work, they did show up after 7:00 p.m.

Thanks you James for the incredible customer service and high quality work. James has an incredible work ethic and can do attitude. He works until he gets it done. I remember when our condo complex had a major leak and I saw James at 11:00 pm still working and checking each building. Some plumbers turn water off and on quickly with no thought to the pipes, but not James. He slowly opens up the valves so the pipes are safe from bursting-this after already putting in a 15 hour day.
He's amazing!

James is excellent! He is extremely thorough and efficient, and provides great customer service and care. He has completed several jobs for us, and is my go-to plumber. I really appreciate James's process... He examines the issue and troubleshoots, explains the problem in ways I can understand, provides me with several options on how to remedy the problem, and tidies everything up before he leaves. He's had times when he takes a look and has to come back later or another day with the right parts - on time and as promised. I think his rates are fair, and I would have a hard time finding someone as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as James!

James is fantastic! He has done 2 jobs for me and each time he is right on it---he leaves no stone undone. He is a very nice guy and very kind, he is an expert at figuring it out. Also, he will let you know if it is something he cannot fix. Which is so great, because I have hired other plumbers in town that tried to rip me off and the easiest of jobs. Which is how I found James.

We had our hot water heater go out at 2:30 am on Saturday morning. Thanks to Lee at Precise Plumbing we had it fixed and hot water once AGAIN by Saturday night at 8:00pm.
