Company Overview

I have spent over 30 years in the residential home maintenance repair field. My experience includes roles as a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor. I have earned my living providing services for local and national companies in the Columbus and central Ohio regions. My background includes commercial work, where I contributed to projects for restaurants like Max & Erma's, Bravo Brio, Bob Evans, and Great Wolf Lodge. At this time, I concentrate solely on residential maintenance. I am an ESCO Institute-certified HVAC professional with over 20 years of experience. My background also includes work with Cleveland Construction and Capital City Drywall and Insulation, where I handled drywall repair and insulation for both homes and commercial properties. I possess expertise in electrical repairs and installations, plumbing repairs or replacements, drywall repairs, carpentry work, garage door and opener services, and appliance repairs or replacements. In essence, I handle all aspects of home maintenance repair and replacement. The only area I do not cover is concrete work.
