For over 30 years, I have been dedicated to residential home repair. I have worked as both a Maintenance Technician and a Maintenance Supervisor. I have earned my living providing services for local and national companies in the Columbus and central Ohio regions. Additionally, I have experience in the commercial sector, having worked on restaurants like Max & Erma's, Bravo Brio, Bob Evans, and Great Wolf Lodge. Currently, I focus exclusively on residential home maintenance. I hold a certification from the ESCO Institute for over 20 years in HVAC. I have experience with Cleveland Construction and Capital City Drywall and Insulation, performing drywall repairs and insulation for homes and businesses. I possess expertise in electrical repairs and installations, plumbing repairs or replacements, drywall repairs, carpentry work, garage door and opener services, and appliance repairs or replacements. I cover nearly every area of home maintenance repair and replacement. The only area I do not cover is concrete work.
