Amin and Sam replaced a bathroom ceiling and wall sheet rock after the AC pan overflowed. Opening the wall revealed other issues. They provided reasonable solutions at reasonable prices. They had a good knowledge of construction techniques and we're great to work with. I'd highly recommend them anyway, and will use them again when we replace the tile in the same bathroom (it looks good in the pictures but was a poor quality choice by the previous owner). Call Amin and Sam - seriously, you won't be disappointed.

Amin was super competent, responsive and friendly. I phoned to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable quote for the labor based on what I needed done and I had added a couple of pictures. He came out early next morning, looked at the problem and was ready to get to work. I needed the main house shut off valve replaced plus a couple of pipes tapped.
The city water meter valve was stuck open. I tried on numerous occasions to rotate with no avail. I even had another plumber try a few months ago when I had some warranty work done and that plumber could not move the valve.
Anyways, Amin manage (albeit with some effort) to finally get the city water valve shut off otherwise the work could not proceed.
When the other plumbing co was out I had mentioned about replacing the shut off value and he quoted me a price that was extremely high for a couple of hours of labor and limited parts cost.
Precise Home gave me a fair price and had the work done in a couple of hours. No surprises. He even capped off a sewer drain which was not in the original plan. I certainly appreciate the efforts.
I would certainly recommend Precise and will definitely use their services in future.
