Amin was super competent, responsive and friendly. I phoned to get a quote and he gave me a reasonable quote for the labor based on what I needed done and I had added a couple of pictures. He came out early next morning, looked at the problem and was ready to get to work. I needed the main house shut off valve replaced plus a couple of pipes tapped.
The city water meter valve was stuck open. I tried on numerous occasions to rotate with no avail. I even had another plumber try a few months ago when I had some warranty work done and that plumber could not move the valve.
Anyways, Amin manage (albeit with some effort) to finally get the city water valve shut off otherwise the work could not proceed.
When the other plumbing co was out I had mentioned about replacing the shut off value and he quoted me a price that was extremely high for a couple of hours of labor and limited parts cost.
Precise Home gave me a fair price and had the work done in a couple of hours. No surprises. He even capped off a sewer drain which was not in the original plan. I certainly appreciate the efforts.
I would certainly recommend Precise and will definitely use their services in future.

I had to look for the item because it was sold out every where else because of the coldfreeze 2 years ago. I was able to book him within an hour after I was able to get the backflow inhibitor.
Very responsive and he came prepared with materials he needed to complete the project. Which meant I didnt have to run back to the store.
He charged &$10 extra on top of labor for the parts but that saved me time and stress.
