When we bought our house new 22 years ago, we had a problem with a leak where the plumbing enters the house at the edge of the foundation. The builder repaired it, but in just a few years it was leaking again. We had it fixed multiple times after that, trying different plumbers each time, hoping for a permanent solution. The LAST time we had it repaired, we had Precise H2O come out and repair it - and it has not been a problem since. A few years later, we had a problem with another leak which resembled the old problem - water was running out onto the front sidewalk from under the foundation and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. However, it was NOT the same old problem but a new one - the backyard faucet was leaking inside the wall and under the foundation (not good for us) and Precise H2O was able to locate the leak and repair it. He has always given us a fair and reasonable quote for his work and has always done excellent work that solves the problem with a lasting solution. Next time I need a plumber, it will definitely be Precise H2O!

Edgar and his team have done a lot of work for me, always responsive and dependable. I recently started having a problem with a fill valve he installed less than a year ago (should still be under warranty), and couldn't get him to answer or return my phone calls. Finally reached him today; he was abrupt, unhelpful, and ultimately said I would have to replace the valve myself! I don't know whether Edgar has taken on too many customers, has lost interest in his work, or what the deal is, but I am highly, highly disappointed.

I also notice that his reviews here on Yelp have taken a major nosedive over the past few months.

Edgar is awesome! We can't say enough great things about him. We initially called him due to an issue that needed immediate assistance on the weekend and he came over within a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem at no charge and quoted us an exact price for the fix. The quote was a super reasonable price. In doing that repair he discovered a major plumbing problem we had and told us how much it would be to fix. We had him do the work and it went perfectly. He charges by the issue...not hourly...so if the job runs long, it's still the same price. We wouldn't use anyone else!

24x7???? Not for me. Called Saturday morning- explained in message I left that I had an emergency- today is Thursday and still no call back. Really? Pathetic. Don't believe a word of the empty promises on their website. Professional starts with returning calls to customers. H2O - if you're reading this, please don't call me now - I would never do business with you.

He provided excellent service and was very professional! He capped off one area and replaced two valves. Warranty for 90 days. Very polite and nice!!

I used this plumbing service once and they did excellent work. However, we obtained another issue today, 2 years later, and called. They said they would be at my house at a given time and NEVER showed up. We called and texted and received no response. They have permanently lost any future business we may provided and have found another plumber that is reliable.

He is honest, licensed, and has fair charges. Amazing! I called him on a late Friday afternoon. I had a toilet that wasn't flushing right. I got voice mail but he called me right back. I told him (Edgar Rangel) what the problem was. He said he would come out the next day and give me a FREE estimate. I did select him because he is in my area. He said it might be the toilet or the drain. He showed up the next day, Saturday, on time.

After just a couple of flushes, he knew it wasn't the toilet. Told me he would get the small wire thing, snake? Try that. Told me that would cost $100. He could do it right then. That was great and a very fair price. It was then or come back sometime Monday. Told me it would only take about 15 minutes. He got the toilet to flush much better but explained that there seemed to be something there causing the snake not to easily be fed past the P-trap. Mr. Rangel than told me prices to expect if this happened again. Sometimes the toilet is just incorrectly mounted. Since I'd had guys out here replacing floors & had to pull the toilet, that's a possibility. Or he would need to get a bigger snake. That needs the toilet to be pulled also. Quotes for each. It was all I could do to keep my jaw off the floor. Again, very fair prices if I needed him again.

This is a very nice man. While he was there, I asked him about my hot water heater. If it should be replaced because it was 9 years old. Wow! He told me a price range but better than that, suggested I go to a Lowe's or Home Depot & buy a hot water heater alarm. I had no idea that existed. And he showed me the steps to turn off the water AND power to my electric water heater.

He shows up in a well-marked company van. I felt comfortable inviting him into my house. He sounds almost too good to be true but he's the real deal.

I had an issue the sewer line going from one of my bathrooms and could not install a new toilet until this issue was resolved. I called Precise H20 and spoke directly with the owner. He was very helpful and gave me a set price right then over the phone. He showed up the next day right on time as promised. He was very polite and helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He was in and out in about an hour which I thought was great. Other companies wouldn't give me a price on the phone and also said it would be almost a day's worth of work so it would be more expensive. This was not the case. While he was there I asked him about 2 other issues I had and while I didn't have him fix it he did tell me how to do it myself as they weren't major jobs. I have since completed those jobs myself instead of paying someone else. I saved quite a bit of cash this way. I would't imagine many other companies would do this. Overall I was very satisfied with the workmanship and end results. I would recommend Precise H20 to anyone needing work done.
