I've hired Chris and his crew for several projects over the last 10 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent home renovation work. He has done just about every kind of project imaginable for me: new flooring, crown molding, bathrooms, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and exterior siding. I've always been satisfied with his work and prices.

Chris is extremely responsive, getting back to my texts and calls quickly. He never complains when I make inevitable additions or changes to projects, often at the last minute. He will come back if things aren't just right to make sure the project is perfect. And he is a great problem solver. I recently remodeled my kitchen and wanted to install a new hood over the stove. The vent hole in the wall was not centered though. He moved the vent and then patched and painted so it looks like no work was done on the ceiling.

Most importantly, Chris is an honest person with integrity. I've trusted him to come into my house and do work over weeks and will continue to do so in the future. I cannot recommend him enough!

If you have purchased a house and ended up with endless projects in every corner of your house, you are definitely dealing with contacting different contractors pulling your hair on who to hire. well, you know that not only the quality of the job is important but the most important thing is punctuation.
I personally worked with a bunch of contractors and every time I wish Vahid and his crew were free to take on my projects. These guys are on-time, They never missed a day and if for any reason they think they might not make a day they give you heads up.
Their attention to details is amazing. I had multiple projects with Vahids team and never had to go back and ask them to redo something.
I highly recommend Precise construction if you want to work with an honest and high-quality contractor.

We have used precise construction on two different occasions, once we replaced all the original windows at our historic house and the second time was when we added a deck to our backyard. We are very picky in terms of who we work with. We have interviewed many other contractors before giving the job to Vahid and let me tell you that we are absolutely delighted by our pick.

On both occasions he came to our house and gave in great detail what needed to be done. He also gave us very generous quotes. He did a superb job on both occasions and started and finished both jobs right on the schedule he gave us upfront. What was most important to us was the quality of his work. His attention to detail is absolutely remarkable. The way he has opened a new door in our kitchen wall to the back yard is so flawless that even our regular guests have a hard time imagining the house before it. He has cut through stucco wall and the wood structure in such a way that no one can even guess that the original house was missing it before. For the deck itself he has build four concrete foundations to hold the deck and the feel of the deck itself just shows the superiority of the materials he has used.

He is extremely reliable, very honest in terms of cost and all the details and very on time. He is also very communicative and is always available to answer your questions.

He has done such an excellent job at our place that my wife is giving the renovation job at her apartment to him as well. We are also planning to build an in-law suite on our first floor and we want Vahid and his team to do this for us.

Vahid is an excellent person to do business with. An honest person, great quality work, competitive pricing, and an easy person to communicate with(not common with most contractors). Over two separate work contracts in the last 2 years he has done our master bath (complete remodel), new stairway banister, paint almost entire interior of our house, flooring throughout as well, (and a lot of small handy man jobs too.) We would highly recommend and will be using the Precise Construction services again(3rd time).
