Thea P.I had made an appointment with Preacherman to install a dishwasher. The day came with below zero temps and no Preacherman. I totally understood that frozen pipes took precedence over my dishwasher but a brief call would have been nice. I called him again and a new date was set. In the meantime, there was snow. Yes, I have a long driveway with a bit of an uphill slant, but it was plowed. He called from the truck and claimed he couldn't get up the drive and wouldn't leave his truck by the road. He sounded really annoyed. I don't know what else was expected of me. He said he'd call me later and I never heard from him again. I discovered he had broken one of the reflectors at the road end of the drive. By the way, I was able to get up my driveway with my pickup. I considered him unprofessional and totally unreliable.
Julie A.We called 8 plumbers, and Frank was the first to call us back. We had no hot water in the shower. Frank determined it was a faulty switch that was not letting the hot water through. Since he didn't have the switch needed, Frank took the switch apart and REBUILT it. It worked perfectly, and we did not need to buy a new fixture setup. Frank was very nice and completely professional. We will definitely contact him again for all of our plumbing needs.

Can't say enough about the owner and the proffesional manner in which they operate. The name says it all - They are reputable and honest and work hard to keep you as their customer. He returns all calls in a reasonable timeframe.
While we could not coordinate schedules (my travel schedule, not his), I'm sure his work would have been great. I have heard great things about him in the area.
