This review is way overdue: This past summer I was prepping for the sale of my house in Rock Hill. I had an exposed pipe above ground that I had rigged up because the sump pump drainage was blocked. I called a very 'competent' plumbing service in the area that my realtor recommended. I had to call twice, and both times they were a no-show. I then did research and found Preacherman. He called me and sent a tech the very next day. The job was done quickly and affordably. I will not give the name of the other plumbing outfit but I WILL give my highest recommendation to the Preacherman!

FIND ANOTHER PLUMPER! Until recently I was using the services of Frank the Preacherman for over 9 years. 9 years ago Frank installed a storm water trench and did a major plumbing renovation to my seasonal cabin, since then I've been using Frank annually to winterize my cabin and any other minor plumbing issue, until today.

This past weekend the ejector system he installed during the plumbing renovation stopped working and caused the basement to flood. When I contacted him via text he replied was out of town for the weekend. I asked him to look at the pump when he returns (he has his own access to my cabin). Frank texted back and gave me a text lecture regarding a different pump that I never repaired and stated if I don't care he can't care for me . . . not sure what that was about.

After 2 days of not hearing back I texted again asking if was going to have time to look at the pump this week. I received a text back explaining how busy he is and he is a COD company only and will provide no work unless the homeowner is there to pay him M-F 8-4:30 . . . after 9 years of service, knowing I'm not able to be there M-F that's the response I received. So much for his customer service, especially to someone he's been working with for 9 years! Find yourself another plumber!

Hi I have been using Frank for 2 years and have been more than happy. He returns calls immediately shows up on time and does what he says he will do. The first time he came he figured out that I had 4 cracks in my furnace and was leaking bad fumes that could of been deadly. I had a previous plumber for 12 years and he did not diagnose this serious problem that could of been deadly.. Frank installed a new furnace a few days later. He was very fair priced and got the job done. Then he gave me a free cleaning the following year. I then used him a second time to install a new toilet bowl. The old plumber could not diagnose the problem I had with it and Frank had it figured out. He again showed up on time called on his way to let me know he was coming and installed new one very easily and took away old one. He is now my plumber and will not hesitate to call him in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an intelligent,responsbile and competent plumber,

Preacherman plumbing installed all the new plumbing, heating, gas lines and furnace into our new home we had built.

He did an outstanding job, showing up to work everyday on time, and even working through a motorcycle accident he had. He did not complain but kept on working to ensure our home was completed on schedule.

He was always quick to respond to any text or call, is very upfront about costs, and is great with communicating.
Any questions we had he was sure to explain, he was also very good with allowing our kids to watch him work and explain the processes, which was a plus.


Overall, I would highly recommend Preacher man plumbing. he is a man of his word and is a plumber you can trust.

So this is an interesting company. It's run by a guy who is totally by the book. He travels throughout the area helping solve big and small plumbing issues for homes and businesses alike.

The price your are quoted is what you will pay. He has a skill you don't have. Keep that in mind. He's worth it.

I called him with a pipe issue and he came and gave an estimate quickly. He's very polite. His estimate seemed reasonable, but I don't really know about this stuff. He returned calls quickly.

My travel schedule got in the way and I wasn't able to use him. But I would certainly try again if needed.

Frank responded quickly and did all he could to get our furnace going, including calling in an electrician and staying for hours longer than expected to make sure it got done. He is truly a man of his word and charged us much less than he could have for the time and parts he put in. Honest...hard working...does the right thing. I recommend him very highly.

Worst jesus driven plumber ever! Called him several times, and never got a call back. He claims that he returns calls, and solves problems but nope he doesn't. Wouldn't recommend his services.

I have used Preacherman Plumbing for many years now. Most recently for a situation with frozen pipes due to the extreme cold. Frank always returns my phone calls promptly. If he cannot respond right away he sets a time when he can get there. He has always been fair with his prices. My neighbor also uses this company. He can diagnose and fix just about any problem you can throw at him.
