Prater Plumbing went above and beyond any of my expectations. I needed help immediately, and they were able to fulfill my requests around my time schedule. They came to my place of business at 4 am to meet MY deadlines and still be on schedule to meet their own obligations scheduled for their day. This happened for two days straight and another day when they had the time. I will NEVER use another plumbing company!! Sal, Christian and Manuel were professional, courteous and extremely helpful on assisting me with my options for the changes that I needed done for our renovation. A ""Gold Mine"" of a company!!

GET ESTIMATE IN WRITING!
We've worked with Prater a few times over the past decade and just had a recirculating pump installed and our sewer line cleaned out. We got multiple estimates and went with Prater because the estimates were similar and we had good experience with Prater in the past. However, the cost ended up MUCH higher than the estimate and, unfortunately, I hadn't gotten the estimate in writing. Last time I make that mistake.
We haven't had any issues with their work, but be sure to get estimates in writing.
