Water filter system was leaking all heavily under my sink. I called them and in 1/2 hour, Sal was here. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price. He used gloves, mask and shoe protectors before entering the house. So thankful for their fast response

We had plumbing issues that looked like it was going to take a significant amount of construction to reach and resolve. However, Sal was relentless in exploring solutions, with great success! Prater staff also did a fabulous job with a bathroom remodel advice for us last year. They are honest and reasonable still to this day. We are grateful to them and highly recommend them.
