After turning the ac on at the beginning of the season, I noticed that the air was not cool enough. After their inspection, I was told I needed various items for the unit or a new unit (which I had been told by another company) I was given a bid and they promptly came and installed my new unit on a weekend!!!! The gentlemen were very respectful of my home and time. I could not have asked for a better company to install my ac. No doubt I will use again.

This business did all of the installation of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning for my new build completed in Nov 2016. In the fall of 2017 they installed a humidifier on to the furnace they had installed previously. In spite of numerous visits from their service repairman, water continued to slowly leak under the vinyl tile flooring in the HVAC room and into the adjacent hallway. When the water to the humidifier was completely turned off, the leaking stopped. However, Rick, the owner of the business, refuses to take any responsibility for the damage to the floor caused by a faulty installation. We have received a repair quote from the flooring manufacturer (who also believes it should be replaced by Prairie Center) for $750 and that is what we requested, but instead of working with us, Rick hung up on us. While I have found the servicemen to be very pleasant to work with, the same is not true of the internal office staff.

they have put a water heater in our house and added a new master bathroom. They also repaired an outside water spicket. Very easy to work with.
