I was assigned to Pragle Plumbing through my home warranty company. I got concerned at first since I didn't hear back within 24 hours and after I left a voicemail, but when I called my home warranty it looked like the work order was not sent over to Pragle, so it definitely was not Pragle's fault. Once it was resent, I received a call from Mark just a couple hours later, and he said he was able to come by in an hour. I was super happy with the response time, considering we often have to wait a couple business days with other companies.

Mark arrived right at his expected time an hour later. He brought someone else, it appeared to be an assistant or someone in training. They both wore masks upon arrival as well. We had two separate plumbing issues and they fixed them with ease, and were completely done within 30 minutes! They were also friendly, and very informative on what the issues were and how they were fixed.

I hope Mark and/or owners of Pragle will see this review because they deserve to know they have a happy customer on their hands! If we didn't have to go through the home warranty process, I would definitely have this as our go-to plumbing company for any future needs.
