It can be difficult to find honest, talented, hard working professionals, but I am so lucky that I found Prado's Plumbing. They have saved me on several occasions and are my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC needs.
I have a rental home in Santa Rosa, and they came out to service the air conditioning. A previous HVAC company I had come out told me that I was ""low on coolant"" and needed it topped off. Einar told me I'd been swindled, because if I was really low on coolant, that meant there was a leak in the system and I was in serious trouble. He checked the levels and said I was good. The problem was a bad capacitor and he replaced it in no time.
Recently, I had a problem with the pilot light in my water heater that kept going out. Of course they took care of the standard problems (thermocouple or bad gas valve). When it kept going out, Einar kept troubleshooting until we found the root problem, which was not easy to find by any means.
Prado's was always on time, reasonably priced, and Livia is super professional and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough.

I was fortunate to have Mario from Prado's plumbing provide an estimate and act as foreman for my sewer and waterline replacement. The work was done efficiently, to a high standard and at a reasonable price. I wish I had found Prado's plumbing sooner. The owners Einar and livia Prado are a pleasure to work with. Mario is a master plumber, problem solver and very positive. He seems to genuinely enjoy his work. Prado's plumbing exceeded my expectations at every level.

Another wonderful service from Prado's was completed at my home today, and I'm thrilled with the service offered by the folks at Prado's Plumbing.
Livia was able to provide an accurate estimate based on photos of the repair site, which was super convenient! Mario was the plumber who performed the service. He was punctual, respectful and polite. He performed absolutely perfect plumbing repairs. This is our third service call from Prado's and I couldn't be more pleased with each call. I highly recommend Prado's for any plumbing service, they are as reliable and competent as you will find anywhere.

Avoid at all costs. I called them to fix an AC unit. They charged me $700 for a $65 defrost board. They just started replacing parts without knowing what was actually wrong with the unit. The AC unit was never fixed yet they expected to be paid $1000 for their work.

Moore AC had to come out and fix what Prado's Plumbing destroyed. They hacked up the electrical and basically destroyed my unit. They claimed the unit was 20 years old when it was only 10 years old and they constantly blamed the design of the unit for its flaws when it was actually their complete lack of knowledge.

Moore AC was professional and knowledgeable. Prado knew zero and tried to hot wire the unit to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They were here to replace a water heater. But....the plumber also noticed something amiss with my faucet while he was here and just took a moment to fix it without tacking on an extra fee.

I called Prado's Plumbing because the water department sent me a notice that it looked like my house had a leaky pipe. It was necessary to make an appointment at a time when they weren't scheduled to work for someone else. The plumber showed up on time, did his inspection, and didn't find a leak inside the house. The following day he retuned (on time again!) and brought Einar Prado with him. Prado did a test and determined that the leak was located between the exterior of my home and the water meter in the front. He then demonstrated the test for two members of our HOA board and submitted a bid to them. Since this is now in the board's hands, we're waiting for someone to pull out the leaky pipe and install a new one. As it happens, the HOA will have to pay for the replacement. Einar did not charge me for the second trip to my house. The cost of the first trip was exactly what the plumber estimated and I couldn't be happier with Prado Plumbing. I give Prado's a five star rating without any hesitation.

Wow, awesome service. Setting Prado's up to do some work recently was way too easy. Livia is super helpful, she even called after the work was done to give me a detailed analysis and some tips to help avoid the problem in the future. Pricing was fair, everything seems perfect. I only wish I knew to call them sooner! Definitely plan to use Prado's as my go-to plumbing company from now on. You should, too.

Einar came out to look at our furnace that wasn't working. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain it clearly to us, and make an accurate quote for the repairs. While other companies would not call me back, Einar even offered to loan us some electric heaters for the couple days between his first visit and the repairs. We weren't charged for the first visit, and the work they did didn't take as long as they anticipated so they adjusted the bill. The pricing was fair, and they operated with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. They clearly care about doing quality work! Would definitely use them again!

Prado's Plumbing is going to be my first call for anything to do with my furnace, and likely any other plumbing needs as well.

Quoted me $150 for service diagnostic and 9 a.m. show up. Showed up at 8:55 and left with everything being O.K., for a total bill of $87. Bonus day at my house!

I hadn't run the gas furnace for a few months, and left it unplugged with the gas off since hearing a buzzing noise this summer. I read the service booklet enough to scare myself away from a DIY fix and was scurrying to find a repair service as the days got cooler and my family started looking at my in a funny way (cool stare).

Einar Prado turned everything back on, tested the furnace through a couple cycles, and gave my advice to ""let sleeping dogs lay, and use it until it isn't providing the comfort you want,"" even though it is older technology furnace.

When I upgrade this beast, Prado gets the call.
