We had a backed up kitchen sink. Einar and his helper Cody came out the very same day; I was kept updated throughout the day regarding the timing of their arrival. They addressed the problem efficiently and to my satisfaction. They even helped tighten up a shower handle for me for no charge. Einar also taught me how to prevent clogs from occurring in the future. Very nice man and I would go to him again if I had a plumbing issue.

I now have a reliable plumber I can call: Prado's. Einar came out to replace our main water shut off valve. He was on time, friendly, informative, thorough and their prices are reasonable. Thanks, Prado's.

We were able to make a next day appt for two issues. Einar and his apprentice came and evaluated our toilet and faucet. They determined what part to order for the faucet and told us they would e-mail us information on new toilets. We never heard back from them even after calling them again! We had to get someone else fix our issues.

I've used Prado's Plumbing for a number of projects and have ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY. Six years ago remodeled out home, and Prado's re piped the entire house, plumbed three new sinks, a tub and a shower. Einar Prado, the owner also installed an on demand hot water heater. All the work was superb. I had them install a furnace at my place of business, they came up with creative and inexpensive solutions for heating the funky building and it worked great. When it was time to move, I had Einar come out to make the heating at my new location more efficient. He was very busy so he scheduled me a week out, then about an hour later his office called to find out if I would be available sooner. Turned out that they finished another project sooner than anticipated and they thought they could fit me in the following day. Einar and an employee came out the following day and moved our furnace in a matter of a few hours. They charged me less than they estimated cleaned up their (and some of my) mess, took all the garbage off site and were on their way. Moving forward I will only use Prado's Plumbing. Why would I settle for less?
They're punctual and fair. They go the extra mile!

Read this before using Prado Plumbing. Prado is the authorized rep for State Water Heaters. To replace a water heater at our convenience store State would only allow the work to be done by Prado. Prado charged us $975, approximately 3x what this normally would cost. We had no choice but to use them. About 3 months after their installation we began having trouble with the heater. We called them for service but were told that there was no warranty on the heater because it was a residential heater being used in a commercial building. Our convenience store has very low hot water demand so the original plumber installed a residential heater. When Prado replaced the heater they never told us about this. If they had we would have gladly paid increased cost for the commercial heater. In the end the supplier of the water heater came from the East Bay to fix the heater. Even after calls between the supplier and Prado, Prado refused to service the heater. Beware of this company.

I am purchasing a home and it has radiant heating-which I have never had before. I had some questions and just called up Prado's. They answered my question and didn;t try to sell me a service call or anything. As I move into being a home buying, there is no question that I will use Prados for all my HVAC needs!

I choose Prado's Plumbing heating and air because of their Yelp rating. I'm glad I did. They lived up to their rating. The service was fantastic and the price was just right. Thanks Einar and Livia. I would be glad to recommend to my friends and family.

I originally found Prado's on Yelp Prado's does excellent plumbing work and I have always found their prices to be fair. I have used Prado's three times and each time they were punctual, at or below the estimate, and the work completed was quality work. I would definitely recommend Prado's to a friend.

This company was wonderful. Our heater quit working on a Sunday and I started to make calls Monday morning to get someone out there to take a look at the problem.
We had a puppy at home and it was awfully cold and I wanted someone out there that day and I called Prado's and they had said they were busy that day but heard my predicament and made arrangements to come out that day anyway.
Einar assesed the problem and was very informative and gave us different idea's with no pressure to replace or repair the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace and had a working heating system by Wednesday afternoon.
We did decide to go with the more expensive furnace and I love it!!
Thank you Prado's!

I contacted this company when my heater stopped working because of the yelp reviews and because my regular company had no one available that day. The girl that took my call told me that she could schedule someone for about 2pm that day. Great! So, about 3:30 she contacts me saying that he was late (duh) and that he was at my house. I walked down to meet with him and 1st thing he said when he walked in the door was to ask if he could use my bathroom. I have NEVER had a service person ask to do this before but I felt I had no choice but to say yes. He then began to inspect the heater, started telling me all sorts of things that could be dangerous and why I should be nervous about the system (my regular guy never said ANYTHING about a dangerous unit). When I told him I was a tenant, not owner, he then told me that the igniter switch needed to be replaced and he gave me a quote (twice as much as my regular company). He then told me that the inspection was $150 and he would not bill my landlord; his ""girl"" had informed me of the $150 inspection fee. I disputed this fact and he went on about 5 or so minutes explaining his ""girl's"" responsibilities. I once again told him that this was not explained to me but ended up paying him. I am sorry that I contacted this company and my landlord was happy to absorb the $150 to contact another company with a better reputation and customer service.
