I'd been notified by the City of Santa Rosa that my usage was exceeding normal but I couldn't find any loose fittings in any sink valves, no sticking toilet tank refill pumps, no dripping faucets - nothing. Eventually I figured out that it was a leak in the lawn irrigation system. Prado was quick, efficient, honest, and cost-effective. They are now my go-to for any issues like this in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Prado's is the only plumber or HVAC contractor I ever need again. It's such a relief to have someone so reliable, honest, and economical to call when I need repairs or service. Since 2015, I've used Prado's to upgrade some plumbing and heating ducts when we first bought our home, to install a new furnace and AC unit, and to replace all of the heating ducts under our house after the possum destroyed them. Every time I need something, Livia and Einar are there to work around my schedule and make sure everything is fixed to my satisfaction. With highs in the 100s this weekend and our AC on the fritz, I emailed Livia on a Sunday night to let her know I'd need help on Monday-- she replied very first thing this morning with a promise of Einar's truck this afternoon. I won't melt after all and will live another day to choose Prado's!

Einar and his helper replaced our water heater. I called late one afternoon and they were able to come out the next day and stayed until the job was finished. He answered several questions I posed about water heater maintenance and plumbing in general as well as some HVAC concerns we have in the house. Their price was fair and competitive...much lower than a nationally advertised company that gave us a bid.

I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I just want to comment on the amazing customer service provided. I called in desperate for heating work and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Unfortunately, due to my LAME home warranty company, I was unable to move forward with Prado's, but I will recommend them to anyone based on my desperation and their amazing response. Customer service is NOT dead :)

Called Prados Plumbing, Spoke to Livia who was very pleasant and helpful. I was told someone would come out as soon as possible. Sure enough in bout 1hr Einar showed up, within 10 mins he was done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommended Prados plumbing for any heating/Ac &plumbing needs. Fast, reliable, honest and very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again.

It can be difficult to find honest, talented, hard working professionals, but I am so lucky that I found Prado's Plumbing. They have saved me on several occasions and are my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC needs.
I have a rental home in Santa Rosa, and they came out to service the air conditioning. A previous HVAC company I had come out told me that I was ""low on coolant"" and needed it topped off. Einar told me I'd been swindled, because if I was really low on coolant, that meant there was a leak in the system and I was in serious trouble. He checked the levels and said I was good. The problem was a bad capacitor and he replaced it in no time.
Recently, I had a problem with the pilot light in my water heater that kept going out. Of course they took care of the standard problems (thermocouple or bad gas valve). When it kept going out, Einar kept troubleshooting until we found the root problem, which was not easy to find by any means.
Prado's was always on time, reasonably priced, and Livia is super professional and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough.

I was fortunate to have Mario from Prado's plumbing provide an estimate and act as foreman for my sewer and waterline replacement. The work was done efficiently, to a high standard and at a reasonable price. I wish I had found Prado's plumbing sooner. The owners Einar and livia Prado are a pleasure to work with. Mario is a master plumber, problem solver and very positive. He seems to genuinely enjoy his work. Prado's plumbing exceeded my expectations at every level.

Another wonderful service from Prado's was completed at my home today, and I'm thrilled with the service offered by the folks at Prado's Plumbing.
Livia was able to provide an accurate estimate based on photos of the repair site, which was super convenient! Mario was the plumber who performed the service. He was punctual, respectful and polite. He performed absolutely perfect plumbing repairs. This is our third service call from Prado's and I couldn't be more pleased with each call. I highly recommend Prado's for any plumbing service, they are as reliable and competent as you will find anywhere.

Avoid at all costs. I called them to fix an AC unit. They charged me $700 for a $65 defrost board. They just started replacing parts without knowing what was actually wrong with the unit. The AC unit was never fixed yet they expected to be paid $1000 for their work.

Moore AC had to come out and fix what Prado's Plumbing destroyed. They hacked up the electrical and basically destroyed my unit. They claimed the unit was 20 years old when it was only 10 years old and they constantly blamed the design of the unit for its flaws when it was actually their complete lack of knowledge.

Moore AC was professional and knowledgeable. Prado knew zero and tried to hot wire the unit to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
