First and foremost, thank you Practical Plumbing & Leak Detection! I had problems with a clogged drain. Practical plumbers were very professional. They showed up and solved the problem quickly. They unclogged the drain and found that roots had cracked the main drain pipe. They were nice enough to provide me with an estimate for a spot repair.

I contacted Practical Plumbing yesterday afternoon regarding a leak from our water pressure regulator. Daniel responded quickly to my quote request and put me on the schedule for the next day (today). He arrived within the set time frame, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided my options. He was also very thorough in explaining what the regulator does and how it works. He replaced the regulator same day and even made suggestions on ways to keep our plumbing system running smoothly. After the regulator was replaced, the water shutoff valve was leaking. He noticed the leak and tightened the valve. I appreciated his attention to detail. I highly recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs.

Daniel and Wesley were great. Our hot water went out and we weren't sure what the main issue was. They were able to quickly assess the issue, and replace the water heater within the hour. I appreciate the efficiency and honesty about what issues remained. They also took a look at another issue we had and that was luckily a quick fix. Highly recommend! Daniel and Wesley are AMAZING! I've had to call them out for a couple issues. They're so sweet and very helpful.

They work quickly and efficiently and they're very honest. They found our issue quickly, fixed it and answered all of our questions.
The second time I called them out to take a look at a few things. They inspected carefully and in the end determined nothing was needing repair. They easily could've taken advantage or charged me for coming out.
I will only ever call them for any plumbing issues we might have. Definitely love supporting honest hard workers!
