Great job! To make clear, this was through Fidelity Home Warranty. I called Monday 2 days ago, they came out yesterday and fixed everything. They were great! Office person called in advance to book appt and even called prior to technician arrival. Great job!!!

I am so very pleased with this company, now and days you do not know who you will get on the phone & to come out to your home. This company I can say is truly honest, reliable, and is truly there for the customer. Gabriela handled all the information for my home insurance and the tech Albert came out to my residence and explained why I kept having a kitchen sink stoppage. He recommended to hydro-jet to remove all my grease build up. This company was also quick to respond and book an appointment to come out to my home. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone, I know.

I had Practical Plumbing come out to my property through my home warranty company. Gabriela was very nice and helpful she took the time to explain how the process was gonna be. The tech came out. They submitted the report and after the company authorize the repairs they called again to schedule a return appointment and they fix my issue.

By far the absolute worst companies I have ever worked with. First of all, they never answer the phones and route you through a call center. When you finally get one of the incompetent staff (Gabriela) on the phone, they are extremely rude and clearly have no idea what is going on. We scheduled this repair with our home warranty company who assigned this company and after seeing the reviews and the initial call with them, I immediately called the home warranty company to switch companies. They stated they wouldn't be able to even get out the property to diagnose the issue for 3 days and this call was water pouring out from our water heater which I informed them very clearly about.

Avoid yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Our home warranty company assigned Practical Plumbing to replace our toilet. They were assigned to my home before (for another issue) and we had no issues whatsoever. In this particular case, there was a slight delay with obtaining approval from the home warranty company, but once that was received, Gabriella called me right away to set a schedule to replace our toilet. Our schedules were very hectic and Gabriella was extremely patient and helpful with trying to fit us in as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate her and the tech (I'm sad I forgot his name) that was sent out for being professional, courteous and going above and beyond to get the job done. I hope to have them back if we ever need another job done.

This company was hired by my insurance company to check on some plumbing concerns. I wish I knew their reputation before even bothering with them. Customer service is horrible. I was called with a date and time for a plumber to be sent out. Unfortunately I wasn't available that day. The rep said she would call me back with a new date and time if they could come Thursday. Didn't get a call back until I called the following week. Her excuse for not calling back was she didn't have any available dates. Plumber came out however what he said and what my insurance stated was a bit different. I called them to see if I can get the details again. No answer, I left a message. Never received a call back. My insurance company told me to make access and they would send the plumber again. Called the company and they told me they didn't have a case open. My insurance company filed a new (continuous) case and 3 weeks later, I just got a call back from them trying to schedule the plumber out. Who does business like this? Customer is horrible and will be the end of this company.

On February 2, 2022 practical plumbing was sent to our home vía home warranty. We had no hot water for 10 days and had suspected a foundation leak. They found the leak immediately! It was a great relief. Gabriella Gad great customer service, calling me with updates on when the technician would arrive. The technician was very professional and took the time to describe what it was going to take to fix the leak. Thank you!

Practical Plumbing and Rooters is now my go to plumbing company. Albert came out right away to check a slab leak that we had. He gave me a fair price and set up a time to return to complete the repair. He came as promised and completed the job. Gabby in the office kept me informed as to when they would arrive. I read some of the previous reviews and realized the complaints were coming from home warranty work. Practical Plumbing had to get permission to complete any repairs and of course the warranty company wanted to do the bare minimum amount of work. I highly recommend this company.
