Have had these guys come out a few times with my fidelity home warranty, they have always been prompt & helpful. Would recommend. The gal on the phone has always been very nice as well.

Albert has always been great! I was trying to reach out to their company last week but due to Covid the number I called was the one they don't use. Albert replied to my Yelp review right away. My house had several pluming issues since 2013 and each time Albert fixed it with quality work. He is also very honest and transparent about the cost of pluming work. It has been 7 years I know Albert and he is the first plumber would call.

Had to go with them through home warranty. These guys are horrible. Bad communication and did not fix the problem. Lazy. Do not recommend this company. Stay away.

I had problems with my drain backing up so I called practical plumbing. They did a great job for a great price :) I had other people come out and they couldn't get the job done, Albert Came to my house and got the job done :) great work and they clean up after themselves well :) I will be calling them for all my plumbing issues thank you again guys for a job well done

IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING ON HERE, THIS COMPANY WOULD TAKE IT !!! I cannot believe Fidelity would do business with such a poorly managed company such as this. First of all, if you are waiting on a callback from them to schedule or get an update, you'd better grab a snack and wait a little longer because its NOT coming !! Worst customer service ever!!! RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and called Fidelity to open up a ticket. Unfortunately, they directed me here on to this so called company. They eventually called and gave me a 1-5PM window to come and inspect my leak. After I waited until 4PM' ish, I HAD to go grab something to eat since I had nothing in my cabin at the time. That's when the receptionist and/or office admin calls me to let me know that the plumber is on his way. I advised her I was 10 minutes away if she can let him to know just hold on for me for that long since I HAD ALREADY WAITED for him for 4 hours!!
She said she told him and as I am driving onto my street, I see the guy LEAVING already!!! I had to chase him down to just come back and do his inspection. He did, told me he I needed a new faucet and that he was going to call the office to make sure Fidelity covered it. ( which they do) He said he was going to go the hardware store to see which types they had and I would get a callback from his office. Here I am, ONE WEEK later, and nothing was ever done. I called the office and I get this woman again ( Gabriela, i think) who evidently hates her job and she tells me that I was the one that was supposed to call Fidelity.

Do yourself a favor and move on to the next company or FIX IT YOURSELF !!

Got this company thru my home warranty the absolute worse. There tech came in with a phone and a water pressure gauge. First thing he did was check water pressure what this has to do with a sink stopped up is beyond me he proceeded to take a picture of under our sink and say he couldn't do anything which cost us $75.00 from our home warranty company. Beware of this company cause I got ripped off don't want you to get ripped off too.

A guy came from Practical Plumbing and he really sucked. He was very rude and he only took a peek under my sink and said my leak required tearing the walls. He refused to touch it. From what I understand, plumbers can tear walls but this guy was in a hurry. He showed up 2 hours late after I waited for an appointment 4 days. He said he had a previous job and showed up at 4:49. He was in a hurry cause he was off the clock at 5. He refused to do the work and told me to call my home warranty back. I called my home warranty and they said it was his job to advice them and write a report. I called Practical Plumbing about their plumber and they were very nasty on the phone. Spare yourself and don't call this company and if your home warranty sends them is because they duck. Next day I called a plumbing company from riverside and they fixed the sink leak in 10 minutes without tearing the wall

Purchased a new home and found that most of the plumbing fixtures had minor leaks. Gave them a call and they came out quick, reasonable rate and fixed all the leaks. Haven't had any issues since, good communication and great work.

Call and talked to Albert because my water pressure at my parents house was low. When he came out and diagnosed the issue. He informed me that the issue was on a valve he fixed and did not try to up sale me on anything I didn't need. Very happy and will definitely call them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Specially when I followed up with my parents and they were happy
