We have been using PQT for years. They have remodeled our master bathroom, added a bonus room and bedroom to our home, and do many projects at our rentals.

Never get them! Your better of with anyone else. I did not have the option since the HOA ""Chose"" them.
Very nonprofessional people and they don't even know how to fix simple issue. Their timings are bad and they don't have time for you.
They also hire other companies, like painters, who are also unprofessional.

And they don't care whether they did a good or a bad job.

I was quoted $1000 to have my water heater replaced. Plumber purchased the wrong size water heater that barely fit in the space of the original unit and as determined to make it fit instead of returning with the correct size heater. I was also required to have a water pan beneath the unit by building owner but again it couldn't fit as he bought the wrong size unit. The plumber had been in my home before to survey the unit before he came for installation so he knew the size of original unit. In addition he did not have the proper equipment to make the repairs and had to make 2 separate runs to home depot. Then while at home depot he called me to take measurements for him as he didn't measure the PVC piping. After all was said and done he tried to raise the price when everything was done, I was like nope.

Unprofessional, unpreprared and dishonest company, avoid at all costs.

I was charged $1200.00 for a two hour job that took only one worker. At a later time, the exact identical job was done for $400 total for three men. When I called PQT, he said ""Nobody put a gun to your head"" to take our offer. At the time I was in panic due to the repair job and didn't know enough about the cost. I didn't realize until later it was outrageous price gouging.

Then I asked him about senior discount since I'm a senior widow on low monthly income. He replied no, his prices were good enough. He was rude and told me not to call again. I was clearly taken advantage of.
