We recently had some plumbing services provided by PPS Incorporated.
The two plumbers on our job exceeded our expectations. Chris and Edgar were very professional and knowledgeable. We were very please with the workmanship and overall experience they reflexed in their work. Any Company that is lucky enough to have such workers with their high caliber is truly fortunate. They are a valuable asset to PPS. We strongly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

We went from having a squeaky supply valve in an upstairs toilet to having spraying water coming from the water supply hose. Fearing that I may have to change the whole supply unit and line, I called in PPS on the referral of my neighbor. I was very glad I did.

The Manager, Laura, was very understanding on the phone when I called, and we scheduled as soon as they had available. The tech, Leo, came out when promised, replaced a rubber gasket and swapped another supply valve for us. He also gave some insight on our R/O filters, which we'll be calling back to take care of at a later date. Short of it is, PPS did a great job, and while we hope we won't need them again, we'll be happy to use them when we do.

This is the old JJ Rooter in NLV, new name, still great service and friendly, helpful employees. Showed up on time, they were very professional.
Been an old customer of JJ's and after today septic pump, will still be one in the future.

We arrived in Las Vegas to visit my 99 year old dad. He said his toilet was slow to drain, so the next morning I called PPS Inc. It was right after the long Thanksgiving weekend. I was told that they would try to squeeze us in sometime that day.
When we went into dad's condo, he said the toilet was completely plugged. I called PPS back, and they said they would send someone over in the next 20 minutes!

Leo arrived exactly 20 min later, and was so friendly, cheerful and upbeat. He had the plug fixed in a very short time.
He said the toilet itself was not in good shape, with lots of calcium build up.
He called the office for us to find out cost and availability of a new one, AND set up an appointment for that afternoon to come back and install it!!

The price for the work and the new toilet were extremely fair. Leo brightened our day and made my dad very happy to have the toilet up and working again!

I highly recommend PPS Inc!!!!!

My girlfriend called them Sunday morning for a broken water heater, they came out immediately, gave a price and installed the water heater in a matter of a couple of hours. Made it to the NASCAR race that same day.

I called and had them come out to give an estimate on a leak repair which ended up being a reroute of the pipe lines. I also wanted to have a rain shower added. The bid came through and I signed it.
While they were up in the attic it was discovered that I could not have the rain shower put in because of the angle of the roof line. Because they were unable to put that line in he took the amount off the invoice. I have dealt with other company's that would not change a bill just because it was less work.
They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company!
