After two weeks of waiting the last plumbing company sent the plumber back out to correct the problem created by the original visit. Rahshad is
Very nice and professional

Top notch! Even with all of the mad rush of the bad weather emergencies, Charles McClain was extremely professional, thorough, and a master of his craft. Recommend PPM without reservation.

Covid-ready plumbers. They communicated well via phone, email and text confirmation. No added costs or surprise costs with the job completed as quoted. No nonsense. Refreshing.

We called out the local gas company because our water heater wouldn't light and we were told that we had a big leak and our service was disconnected. We immediately found out things work differently in Texas and we were in need of a plumber to do a pressure test to find the leak. We got a referral for PPM Plumbing. These guys are the ultimate professionals, showed up at the door and introduced themselves, wearing masks and shoe coverings. They gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and what they would be looking for within and outside of our home. Fortunately for us, we had no gas leak! I want to thank PPM for their professionalism and wealth of knowledge dispensed during their visit. If you're in need of a plumber, PPM should be your first call. Oh yeah, they were at the house within 30 minutes after our call...thats service!

These folks are Johnny on the spot all the time! They not only helped me when my shower needed new plumbing but they raced out when my friend had a slab leak that flooded her home. Charles and his team were out there in 15 mins and fixed her up right away. I can't say enough about this place!

So last freeze, my out door hydrate busted. Not only did this company come as soon as I called, was very reasonable under the circumstances Highly recommend!

My warranty company was forcing me to use this company to work on a possible leak in my sewer/drain pipe. I called to see if they could fast track the inspection as my house is settling quite a bit and need to get this take care of. In order to check this, they have to do a Hydrostatic Pressure test, which i had done by another company already that told me i had a leak. Next, If you find a leak, you do a scope and isolation test to isolate the leak and find out where it is. (suggestion from the company i already used that told me i had a leak). Then you fix the leak.
When i called them, the "head plummer" said that they do not do isolation tests and they couldn't help me out. This is interesting, because i asked the receptionist, who was forced to tell me this, if they did hydrostatic testing? she said yes. Then i asked, do you fix leaks in slabs? she said yes. So then i asked, how do you fix a leak in a slab if you don't know where it is? She didn't know.
Basically, my belief is, that because an isolation test takes a lot of time and effort, they did not want to perform this on my house for whatever reason. But rather, they denied me service and told me to call back my warranty company and schedule someone else.
This is not a review on their services, as i was never afforded the opportunity to use them. But rather a review of their scruples. If you are fine with a company that will lie about their capabilities in order to not perform a service, then go ahead. Personally, i do not believe these guys to be a trustworthy company after my experience, or lack there of. If they are willing to lie about that, no telling what else they would be willing to get away with.

Garland, Family business that I highly recommend. Love the manners, respect and communication for several plumbing projects, especially from Rashad.

The plumbers that came out were very professional and polite and did'nt waste anytime, I would recommend this company. Fair price, great work and good employees - Thank you
The Atmos Energy serviceman also made reference to the good job.
Happy customer
Home owner 30 years.

Ms April was as helpful as she could be but their service was very disappointing. I called and received a same day appointment! Excellent.... Ms. April was very friendly and helpful! I thought...excellent, I have found a local plumber!
I was scheduled for a 3-5 appointment. I took off work and got home just before 3 PM and got busy with chores. At 4:19 i noticed, I had 2 missed calls. I returned a call to the a technician who told me I needed to call April to get back on the schedule. In my confusion, I thought he was a different company and said... I had found someone to come same day!
So I called PPM Plumbing back. Apparently QUINN (the technician) call his boss when I didn't answer the phone calls and was sent somewhere else. When I explained all I had done to be there for them... Ms. April did supposedly call the supervisor... NOPE, they wanted me to reschedule to the next day between 3-5! NOT HAPPY!
Make sure you answer your phone... being home waiting on them is NOT ENOUGH!!!!!
