Stay away with these people and the company.. Very unprofessional. They weren't able to give me appointment 3 weeks in advance. No sense of professionalism, No communication. Take your business somewhere else. Don't trust these guys.

I called at 230 on a Monday with a clogged toilet and he indicated he would be over by 5 and showed up at 445pm. Unclogging the toilet cost 125$. Friendly and professional! would call again if needed.

I often prefer to YouTube repairs and not admit I need help. Or I call my landlord...I know my limits. After an entire morning of failed attempts to declog my bathroom sink, my wife reminded me that professionals actually know how to do it.

We called and they were available that same day! Such a rare thing in NYC - rates were fair ($135 to snake it out - cash or check). He did arrive later than anticipated, given a 4-5pm window but didn't arrive until closer to 630pm - to his credit he accidentally went to a similarly-named street further away. All that aside, he was quick, efficient, and now I brush my teeth with the greatest of ease.
