I used Christian at Powerhouse Plumbing Solutions since before we move into our house a few months back. Christian has done a number of plumbing projects for us. He is meticulous about his work and you can count on the work being done right, everytime. He is very accommodating to your needs and informs you along they way as to the best way to complete a job so you don't have to worry about it again. He has installed a new main line with pressure valve from the street, replaced our washer and dryer valves, installed a new garbage disposal with dishwasher hook ups, hooked up our new bathroom and kitchen faucet and redid our gas line for our new stove. He really does great work!

Had a new washer installed and discovered a leak coming from the valve. Plumber (Christian) came out and assessed the situation and recommended replacing the valves as well as having a company come to mitigate the water damage. Christian called the water restoration company and completed his portion of the job. Have to say, without his quick reaction time and professionalism, I'm not sure if this issue would have been resolved as soon as it has.

Christian also made other recommendations for home improvement which he will be returning to complete. Considering keeping Christian around for annual checks and repairs.

I scheduled an appointment 3 times to get Powerhouse Plumbing to replace an RO water filter, but he did not arrive. He did not inform me that he was not able to come those days, and I had to contact him to figure out whether he was coming. He even called me two days before to confirm but did not come to do the job. Very unprofessional.

Update: He contacted me after I posted my review asking me to take down my review because he is still suffering from COVID and is watching three kids. He did not apologize for not calling or not coming; he merely wanted me to take down my review. However, he cancelled my second appointment a month prior to my third appointment because he had COVID, even though he seemed perfectly fine when he called me two days ago to confirm the details of the job. Please do not trust Powerhouse Plumbing. If they are willing to lie to me about COVID to get out of a job, what else is Powerhouse Plumbing willing to lie to you about?

Update 2: Christian came to my house unannounced with a baby asking me to take down my review, and he said he would install the RO water filter for free, even though he claimed to have COVID. He stayed outside my house for approximately 30 minutes to intimidate me to take down my review, even though I told him his services were not required anymore. Please be cautious if you choose Powerhouse Plumbing because who knows what will happen if you write a bad review.

Christian came to the house to change a tankless hot water heater,he first took the old one off because Rheem said they needed it for the exchange(not true)Christian and myself both spoke to two different people who said they had the one we needed in Carlsbad
we are in Temecula poor Christian drives all the way there only to find out that they do not stock Rheem products. Christian does a search and finds a supply house in the butt end of Riverside that carries the model we need, so now it's off from Carlsbad to Riverside and back to Temecula. WOW talk about going the extra mile for your customer and all that time still keeping the happy disposition that he has, plus he is a great plumber. I no longer need to look for a plumber I found the best one!! Thanks Christian.

Christian did an amazing job installing our water softener system. All of the welding and pipe fittings look very clean. He was very professional and friendly as well. He was very responsive with phone calls and texts. Definitely would use him again for any plumbing needs!

I was replacing a rented Culligan whole house water softener and RO system under sink with a new system I purchased. I got quotes from at least 5 different plumbing companies for installation, some with quotes as high as $2500. Only two of the five bothered to come out to look at the system,

Powerhouse Plumbing was one of those companies. I had sent photos of everything and explained what I wanted done. Christian gave me a quote online, and he came out the next day to physically look at everything himself, the new system was still on order so he wasn't able to see what it looked like other than online, and the old culligan system was still installed so he wasn't sure what they would take out in terms of pipes and fittings.

We scheduled a date a few weeks out when the old system would be uninstalled by Culligan, and the new one could be installed. Christian communicated professionally and always kept me aware of schedules, he was on time, and always professional in his work.

A lot of work had to be done to re-run some piping to include a pre-filter that came with the new system. Christian never charged me extra labor, only the parts, he stuck to his original quote even though a few things he had to go back to the supplier for additional parts that could not have been foreseen.

It is hard to find a great, honest, reliable plumber and one that will give you an honest fair price for the work. Christian is just that! We will use him again at our home, and we plan to use him for our rental properties in the future!

If you want it done right, and you want a fair price, don't look any further.
