Please look at your text messages. On Nov 30 I clearly tell you I wanted the UV addition. You clearly told me the flat rate price after (Feb 1st).

You were to stop by on Feb 2nd to make sure you had all you needed. But you never came by. And as you know, we had to reschedule due to missing something AND I still had to run out the night of for more Cu (5 feet more).

On Feb 6th, I wrote you at 7:14 am to say the water was still running out, but you did not reply until after 5 pm... forcing me to get another person to help.

Look, it's way against my better judgement, but the part came in. I can give you one chance to complete everything... pay you the $100 more for the UV, and if it looks great, I will update this review. Let me know.

Dishonest, unreliable, shoddy work, still owes me money several months after promising to pay me back. In the past Christian has texted me that the check is in the mail; however, it never arrived. Today, in a Yelp message to me Christian said that he mailed it two weeks ago but would deliver it to my house if necessary. Now, in an online rebuttal to my review, he says he doesn't know who I am? More dishonesty.

After two years of fighting with our water heater, it died on New Years Eve. Christian reached out to me right away to make a plan for replacement. He ended up driving hours out of the way after we discovered the water heater we wanted was out of stock.

Additionally, their prices are VERY reasonable especially for working late into the evening right after the holidays. Highly recommended!

Chris was awesome guy, he did a really good job installing my water softener. He works very professionally. I highly recommend this guy. Got quote very expensive from other plumbing company which they don't know what there going to do. But chris makes it very easy and fast. Will contact again for future projects.

I used Christian at Powerhouse Plumbing Solutions since before we move into our house a few months back. Christian has done a number of plumbing projects for us. He is meticulous about his work and you can count on the work being done right, everytime. He is very accommodating to your needs and informs you along they way as to the best way to complete a job so you don't have to worry about it again. He has installed a new main line with pressure valve from the street, replaced our washer and dryer valves, installed a new garbage disposal with dishwasher hook ups, hooked up our new bathroom and kitchen faucet and redid our gas line for our new stove. He really does great work!

Had a new washer installed and discovered a leak coming from the valve. Plumber (Christian) came out and assessed the situation and recommended replacing the valves as well as having a company come to mitigate the water damage. Christian called the water restoration company and completed his portion of the job. Have to say, without his quick reaction time and professionalism, I'm not sure if this issue would have been resolved as soon as it has.

Christian also made other recommendations for home improvement which he will be returning to complete. Considering keeping Christian around for annual checks and repairs.
