Julie R.Horrible customer service!
My house burnt down 3 years ago. We had a new house built and our GC hired Powerhouse. Out of all the contractors, they were the worst! We had a soaking tub installed. Me not being a plumber had no idea they were difficult to install. What a disaster. After moving home, they had to come out 3x (maybe 4) to fix it. It was clearly noted the repair people did NOT want to be dealing with it. Worst part of the leak was my dining room ceiling needed to be cut out 2x. After that disaster they must have decided they were done warranting their service fr me. I have had a small leak from a pipe, in my basement for at least 6 months now. I have called and left several messages, all unreturned. Every week my husband dumps the bucket of water.
Today my washing machine began leaking. Guess how I knew? If you guessed from the water mark on my kitchen ceiling, you guessed right.
I should not say they were the worst contractor that worked on my house. The 1st set of landscapers severely ripped us off too. But....I hired them, not the GC.
Terry C.Came to take care of my plumbing issues even though they are strictly commercial and normally don't service residential. Very friendly and professional and clean up afterwards which is very important to me.
Matt S.Don't expect them to repair the tankless hot water heater they installed 2 years earlier that is now leaking. It's now someone elses problem.
Called on a Saturday and followed up on Tuesday for assistance for a slow leaking pipe (previous customer). Couldn't even get a call back. I've found another plumber who returns calls.
Update 9/6/18: thank you for responding. I had used your company before to fix a sink and shower so I was not aware you only did commercial work. Please have your answering service inform people that you now only do commercial. I do appreciate you responding
They installed new systems and they seem to be functioning well. But if service is important to you (of course!) look for another company. They are impossible to reach - some days they don't even answer the phone. Scheduling errors, hard to reach, service is terrible.
I've used this service several times without issue. I called with an oil burner issue and was essentially told they can't come out for 10 days from now. I said I couldn't wait that long and was told that I would need to start calling around. Too bad I used to believe it was a good company, apparently they only responsed when the economy is slow. It must be nice to have so much work that you can tell the little guy to pound sand.
