We called Powerhouse Plumbers, LLC. Qe thought we had a minor leak in an upstairs bathroom. Brandon discovered a much larger issue. A previous company had caused major damage to be done from their shoddy work. Feeling overwhelmed Brandon assured us he would fix it and do it correctly. He was very honest and upfront with us. In fact, we felt so comfortable with his work we had him fix several other plumbing issues. Brandon did an excellent job. He is confident in what he is doing and takes great pride in his work. I'm sold on this company and will not use any other in the future. Powerhouse Plumbers, LLC is my go to!!

These guys are awesome! We had just moved into our house as first time homebuyers and quickly ran into some plumbing issues. Brandon was able to be at our house the next day and quickly diagnosed our problem and was able to have the repairs done in just a couple of hours. The work they did was great and extremely affordable compared to another quote we got from another company. We highly recommend this company.

Brandon and Powerhouse Plumbing saved the day and my sanity. After my property management spent 5 days trying to save a buck on the gas leak that occurred in the home I rent. Brandon finally got a call from them, he agreed to come out on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. After the first outfit tried twice and failed, taking 4 days to do so. Property mgmt apparently called all over the city trying find a company. The 2nd company (leak detection) canceled at the time they said they would be here, 4:00 Friday afternoon. Apparently many other companies said it would be days after Memorial Day before they could get here by that point. He lived 30 mins away and showed up 30 mins ealier than our appt which was amazing since we had been without gas for 5 days already. He was beyond professional, very friendly, and diagnosed the mistakes that prior folks had made or failed to see. He had our gas leak figured out quickly and was done with the job in an hour. He even asked if we would follow up with him when Citizen's got out and got it turned back on. Can't say enough about Brandon and his prompt response and just overall what a good person he was. He's thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I've never posted on Yelp but I felt compelled to get the word out and share my experience cause he deserves it. I wrote all this to this point to only to realize I don't have an account to actually post it , so I made one this morning even though I will now get unwanted emails from the app haha, just cause I'm so happy with my experience. Hope that brisket melts in the family's & friend's mouth that you put on hold to smoke to take care of us Brandon!

They went to the wrong address and then texted us saying the technician left since we didn't answer the door and would have to reschedule. Well that would make sense that I didn't answer a door at a house I do not live. They did not answer when I called and texted them to say we were home, so they must be at the wrong address. The rep later called to say it is not their policy to call when the tech arrives as they give a 30 minute notice when the tech is on their way, of which I did receive and replied to. Common sense would say, it is odd when the homeowner doesn't answer their door after they just confirmed via text. We will not use this company. And based upon the company's response to another negative review, they do not hold themselves accountable at all.

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

Today (March 23), Home Serve, the home warranty company we are covered by helped me finally get a copy of the invoice for the work done on my 97-year-old father's condo. The issue has been resolved.
