Bruno was very responsive to my needs in the fact that he arrived within 24 hours of my call, found the problem quickly and gave me several options to correct the problem. Unfortunately, they all involved replacing my entire outside panel, as a bus bar was compromised due to loose connection. I really can't afford the over $4,000 replacement cost, but it was the lowest option. I sure wish there was a way to simply repair the problem, but Bruno offered none.

A few months ago we had Bruno come out to put up 3 ceiling fans with lights, a chandelier and hanging lights above our bar. He did wonderful and the price was reasonable. This time we had him come out because we really like him to do about 3 out door electrical projects. Prices have gone up since we had last had him out. Hurricane Ian etc really has affected all businesses around us. We really wanted to go with Bruno and Powerhouse Electric but unfortunately due to the price increase we decided not to go with them.

I had an appointment for an oil change on my Generac generator. Powerhouse failed to show up and did not call. Fast forward 2 weeks later and the same situation, no show, no call. This oil change was part of my contract when I bought the generator. Legally, one party's failure to fulfill any of its contractual obligations is known as a """"breach"""" of the contract. Depending on the specifics, a breach can occur when a party fails to perform on time, does not perform in accordance with the terms of the agreement, or does not perform at all.

Unbelievable NEGLIGENCE...Repeated Generator Failures! Now power is out and generator is blowing hot oil all over the system. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS...They CANNOT even get the final permit fr City of Naples due to repeated violations. Worse, in 2 emergency situations, THEY IGNOR PHONE CALLS ...We are filling suit Monday on grounds of REPEATED Negligence with well documented, photographed and substantial evidence / proof.

Used Powerhouse for my in home generator for the second time and was not disappointed. We had to leave town during the appointment but he said we did not need to be home. Was a simple fix and was up and running that day. Incredibly helpful staff and will go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Only company I will use for generator repair.

Our whole house generator was recently installed. I had to delay installation a few times and was never rushed. Dustin did a great job on the electrical side, keeping me informed of progress and cleaning up the construction mess every day. Kelly in the office was always very pleasant and helpful. The gas company workers were respectful and did a nice job preserving and replacing sod over the site where they dug the hole for the propane tank. I recommend PowerHouse.

This is a horrible company! They came to install an outlet for my travel trailer and although they knew it was a 125 amp they installed a 250 and and ruined everything electric in the home. At first, they admitted their mistake, then back tracked and refused to fix their error. Choosing instead to spend over a year fighting it with an attorney. Way to treat a widowed senior citizen. Just horrible!

Justin and his team provide great customer service and real know-how when it comes to both indoor and outdoor electrical work. They have helped us with many projects and I've always been very satisfied with the results.

Don't waste your time or money on this company. It's been over four months and still don't have my generator connected. They finally got it installed three weeks ago, now it is just sitting there. One excuse after the other... no one calls back or follows up. Things are lost, like notarized papers and they have to be resent. They sent the final invoice as soon as the generator was installed (though again, remember it is not hooked up) for the remainder of the cost without even completing the job. We were told when we went with this company someone would be in touch weekly to give us updates... don't believe it. We got 2 phone calls, every other call I have had to contact them... and a they may or may not return the call, more likely than not, you will have to continue calling until you reach the person you need to speak with. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately we are stuck with the company now since the maintenance was part of the contract we signed. Very disappointed.

We recently had the misfortune of choosing this company for a home generator. The Keystone Cops and Three Stooges have nothing on this group. Not only does the right hand not know what the left hand is doing, it doesn't even know where it is. Lots of good folks trying there, but leadership is sorely lacking. Disorganization their specialty. Broken promises, sloppy work and outright lies. Avoid at all costs!
