I too paid for a three-year service contract in July 2023. In January I contacted them and got the same story about hiring and training. Since then, I also have had no response to call or emails. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. Stay away from this company!

Charlie Booker at PowerGen Pro did an excellent job for us in setting up a full house generator. He obtained all necessary permits from City of Irving and then proceeded to set up the generator which runs on natural gas. He performed all electrical and plumbing work with no outside contractors. We couldn't be more pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

I paid $1,100 for a three year service plan with year one being 2023. Charlie Booker arranged for the first year service and it went smooth. When it was time for the second year service in 2024 Booker was no where to be found. Phone/texts not answered by him. A lady from his office called and said that Booker was training a new employee to do the servicing and it would be around six weeks. Upon following up the lady no longer answers the phone so I'm pretty sure Booker went belly up. Do not hire this person for any work. He's screwed me and I don't want him to screw you!!
