I've been a landlord for ten years & have multiple units that I rent out. Point being I need a good plumber I can trust, knows his craft very well, is available that day or next day, & does such a good job that the tenants compliment the work.

Since I've been a landlord for years I have hired several plumbers. Why do I say several? Because I couldn't find a plumber, before now, who could diagnose a problem as well as Power Rooter & Plumbing. A lot of plumbing companies want to do unnessary work to fix problem. Make a Job more involved than needs to be & expensive. And/or not have the expert knowledge base to tackle the problem in the best approach possible.

I've had plumbers who want to take tile off tub/shower walls, open up walls, but Power Rooter & Plumbing fixes the problem without opening up the wall. Sure there are times walls will be opened, but not as often as you have experienced.

Power Rooter & Plumbing has the most Honest people I have ever worked with. I've been taken too many times with various plumbing companies, especially with over inflated prices.

I wish I had hired Power Rooter & Plumbing years ago. What a difference that would had made in my life. But...I'm extremely grateful I finally discovered this awesome plumbing company. They have proven to be the NUMBER ONE Plumbing Company in the South Bay Area & beyond.

It's very obvious Power Rooter & Plumbing values their customers & do a fantastic job, hands down!! Prices are very fair & their ability to diagnose plumbing problems is the BEST I have ever experienced!!

Was there when I needed them. Everyone wad professional and courteous. I especially appreciate that Bonnie made this experience as smooth as a plumbing emergency can be. Jose arrived within an hour and he was able to diagnose our issues. With the problem fixed, he gave us tips to avoid future reoccurrences. I will use them again when I need a plumber.

Excellent service from Jose who came out and helped me replace a water heater. Jose went above and beyond removing and replacing the vent, shopping around for parts, he even made a sturdy platform for the new water heater to stand on out of scrap wood! I couldn't have asked for a better company to come across for this repair. At a way better price than quoted elsewhere.

Our service line into the house eroded and finally sprung a visible leak. Power rooter came through in the early evening and was a tremendous help.

I called and within 30 minutes they were here! Jose did a great job fixing the leak and unclogging the drain all while wearing a mask and being safe! Not only that he cleaned up the mess the leak caused. They are Safe,Honest,Clean and Reasonable! I will definetly use them again.
