Joe from Power Pro Plumbing responded to a post I made on Angie about my water heater not working. He was in the area on a Saturday afternoon and came by to look at the heater. He was very professional and informative. The status indicator on the controller indicated that it had failed. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and re-started the heater.

Do Not Use This company!! They totally take advantage of elderly people. My mom paid $800 to have 1 toilet wax ring replaced! They Spent less than 1 hr and the part is $6.00! They also tried to get her to pay another $3,000. For work she did NOT need. They are awful people who have no scruples!

This plumbing company technician totally ripped off my mom. They charged over $2,500.00 for 2 bathroom faucets. Tech mentioned the air conditioning condensation was found. My mother doesn't have an air conditioner. They took advantage of a 94 yr old woman with memory problems. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Rated one star only because I have to minus 5 stars would be more appropriate

Our go-to folks for plumbing services! The technicians are professional and courteous, especially David Macias. At this point, he's been to our place for at least 3 separate jobs such as installing new water heater and service our drains. I made contact with Power Pro at 8:00 am and a technician was at my house by 9:15 a.m. The main office sent a text message with Robert M's photo prior to his arrival. Robert snaked my kitchen sink, did not make any type of mess, was courteous, respectful and explained fully the situation. I recommend Power Pro.
