The guy told me on the phone that he could use the piping that I purchased from Home Depot, when the clown arrived I was told by the plumber that he could not use my copper pipe because it was too thin...all copper pipe have the same thickness. Then he said this pipe has a red stripe so they can't use it. I asked the genius what does the red stripe have to do with anything. He then stuttered through some excuses. All he was doing was replacing a shower knob to turn the water on and off. He gave me an estimate of $1500...I asked him to explain his charges, he couldn't I threw him and his bull crap abilities out of my house. I was warned by others not to use this company. Do not use these crooks. Check their stats

Sean from Power Pro Plumbing responded to a backed-up mainline that we had. I was at work and my wife was home. Sean proceeded to use pressured sales tactics to tell my wife who knows nothing about plumbing that we would need $3,800 of work immediately (""roots were causing the block and a section of pipe would need to be replaced below some trees""). I came home from work to figure out what the issue was and he gave me the same story. I asked for photos from the camera they sent in, he didn't have any. The more questions I asked the more fidgety he got and kept saying ""I'll call my boss to see if I can get you a discount""... weird. Anyways, they spend 5 minutes hydro jetting the ""roots"" and say that it will be $1,000 however if we agree to $3,500 of work now then they will include it in the price. Again, I ask where the issue was and what work needs to be done. He proceeds to show me the area of the issue (a 4' section under some trees that we have). I said that if we need the work done there is no reason we need to provide the answer immediately and would let him know in 24 hours. Meanwhile, I called our plumber who recently helped us install new plumbing in a rental property and he came out. He showed us where the mainline was as well as where the plumbing ran for our property. He said that there weren't even any plumbing or drain lines where Sean said that he found the damaged pipe with roots which needed to be replaced and even had a guy dig down 5' i order to visually confirm that there was not drainpipe/ plumbing there. The whole thing was a lie. Probably one of the least honest companies I have ever dealt with and that is saying a lot. Low end, scummy sales tactics with an overall horrible tweaker like communication.

I needed a leaking water heater replaced so gave these guys a call. Response was fast, tech David M. was friendly and seemed to know his job well, and replacement heater works fine. However the cost was very very high. The only options given to me were $2675 for a warranty of 8 years on the Rheem 50 gal tank and 8 years labor or $2900 for a 8 /12 warranty (tank/labor). I was shocked. However since I needed the job done ASAP, I took the cheaper option. I got scammed by having to pay too much for the long warranties on a tank probably costing around $700. Then I saw the Rheem tank only has a 6/6 warranty on their paper work that came with the tank. Boy did I get taken! Something definitely wrong with this deal. DON'T give these guys any business!!

Had a plumbing emergency. Work was done good, but the pricing was lot more than others. Since, it was an emergency, did not go with other options.

I used this company in the past and I loved the customer service experience. When I had a recent plumbing issue I contacted them immediately, however words can't describe how rudely I was treated. Friday June 29th I called and spoke with an employee named Frances who made my appointment for Saturday June 30th. I explained that in order for me to book a service appointment I needed certain hours. Frances agreed to my request and my service was scheduled for Saturday between 11am-3pm. On the day of my appointment I received a call from Lindora to confirm my appointment and she stated they may be running SLIGHTLY behind. I expressed my concern but she assured me I would be serviced in the agreed service block. At 3pm I received a call from Silvia, stating that they were unable to get to my house until 5pm! Now this was upsetting and I explained that A- waiting that late would cost me extra money because I had something scheduled after and B- them now making me privy to this info has prevented me from booking an appointment elsewhere because of how late it already was. Silva was smug, arrogant and even stated I was just going to have to wait BECAUSE nobody ( referring to another company) would be able to come out so late. I then asked for the manager and was told NO supervisor/managers were there. I then asked for an email to express my concerns in witting she provided me with an email to an Allan the hung up n my face. I tried to send ""Allen"" and email and that was an invalid address. She then gives me an email to an ""Adriana "" and agin hangs up immediately! Again Adriana email was invalid.
The plumber showed up about 5:15pm. He tried to snake my drain and his snake supposedly got caught and we now had to wait an additional 1 hour for his supervisor to show up. The supervisor tells me he can't see what the problem is but for $2,200 they will cut a hole in my wall and clean my pipes. Who would pay $2,200 and the issue might not be resolved is beyond me but I declined. The supervisor response as he was leaving was I'd be amazed if someone can fix the issue. Well someone else did!! I contacted another company and for $125 on the 4th of July came out snakes my drain and all is repaired! I don't like to bad mouth but these guys are crooks! I don't know what happen to the excellent customer service I received in the past. It was years ago I used them, but I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to
Update: I see the Manager "" Allen "" has responded to this review, but to date Wednesday July 11,2018 I'VE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE with this company regarding my complaint

I received a quote of changing a Tank Gasket on a Kohler toilet. When the service guy came he said that gasket in my toilet was bigger than what he carried. He said that to get the correct size gasket & fill valve would add over a hundred $. I was surprised at the costs for parts. The tech said that the tank gaskets are not standardized. I declined the work. I then went online to Amazon to check the parts. The two parts plus a canister seal are priced at $29.15. I also checked the Kohler website to check on the sizes of tank gaskets. There were only two sizes of tank gaskets. I would not recommend this company. It appears to be a bait and switch quote.

This is not a good plumbing company. I called 2 days in advance to have somebody come out to take a look at my Plumbing and help me fix it. On the day of I get a call saying that they're running late mind you this is almost 30 minutes after their 2-hour window. I wait an additional hour and still no sign of the plumber I call and ask what's going on and tell them that I cannot wait any longer. The receptionist tells me they're still running behind and they have nobody to come to me, I told her then that I would like to request a cancel seeing as nobody's going to come she offered me a $25 off the service and stated she would call me if they can get somebody within 30 minutes. I waited another hour and still nothing not even a call back, so I called and canceled my service with them. I got another receptionist who gave me nothing but excuses and that's not very professional if you ask me. I do not recommend this company to anybody seeing as they cannot fulfill their obligation to help customers in need. I will not be calling back at all for any kind of service. Very dissatisfied.

I found a leak in an old iron pipe under the kitchen sink & called PowerPro on a Friday early afternoon.
First, they showed up within the 45 mins they said they would! Then I was given a quote from Alvin the Supervisor & Jesus & Augustin went to work. They dug all the original drains from under my 1946 house & prepped for the install the next day. It was a huge job digging those old pipes up under the house but not too big of a job for Augustin or Jesus. The pipes should have been replaced years ago they were so corroded!
The next day they returned earlier than thought and started rebuilding the drains. Brian the 'jetter' came and certified all was working great when they were done. My wife and myself could not be happier with the way this turned out.

We had a miscommunication with the appointment time but they didn't blame me or try to say it was my fault. All they did was try to make me comfortable.
When the tech came he was 20mins early witch was great. They came on a weekend after 9:00 pm and didn't charge me extra. Javier was fast as he could. He fix the problem and told me to call if I had any additional problems with the bathroom.
After the services was done, I received a phone call and email to check on satisfaction with the job. I couldn't have been happier. He cleaned up after himself, secured all the piping and gave me some pointers. He also told me how to fix another problem in my home unrelated to the reason I called. I would most definitely recommend Power Pro to everyone I know!

Our experience with Power Pro Plumbing was an excellent one. They were prompt in response to our Sunday call. Sent Federico V. out within minutes. He cleaned our drain and diagnosed our sewer problem quickly. We had complete sewer replacement in 3 days & are working great. Our house is 55 years old and in need of new ABS lines. Federico V. and his team were hard workers, fast and efficient. Went above and beyond to fix our whole house plumbing. Highly recommend Power Pro Plumbing & Team Federico V.
