I first messaged them to see what experience they had with tankless water heaters, Carlos replied and seemed to be knowledgeable. I was having issues with a lot of sediment build up from hot water only so I assumed it was coming from my water heater because its not happening with the cold water. I called and made an appointment to have one of their plumbers come who was suppose to be an expert on tankless water heaters. The morning of my appointment the plumber was a no show. I call 30 mins after the appointment time and the rep tells me they cant get ahold of the plumber. They said they would call me within the hour to give me the status. I get a call and I am told the plumber has called out sick. They reschedule for another day. Again a no show. They sent another plumber who knows about tankless heaters later that day. He diagnosis the issue. Calls his manager to get some pricing and tells me the manager will research to see what prices he can get on a new water heater and would get me a good price due to all the missed appointments. Manager calls me doesn't seem to know much, sounds flustered gives me some pricing but says he will call me back with more info. Never heard from him again. The end. This happened in December 2015. And no I was not going to replace the heater with a new one because of sediment build up but I wanted to see what the $ damage would be with them and at least get pricing incase I wanted to replace it in the future. A horrible customer service experience. How do you miss two appointments and not have a clue that the plumber is a no show.

The plumber from Power Pro Plumbing, Steven, performed a complicated repair to an underground pipe that required going into the concrete On the patio and replacing the pipe! Steven was prompt, courteous, skilled, worked hard to meet my plumbing and financial needs! I can't say enough about the superb professionalism of Steven and Power Pro Plumbing!

Charged me $4300 for running about 10 feet of ABS pipe. Told me they would run it out all the way to the street (and implied the paved street which was much farther) and instead ran it just past my fence into the dirt alley. RIP OFF ARTISTS! You've been warned...

We called Power Pro Plumbing when we experienced back up in our kitchen sink on a Saturday. Our back up issue quickly escalated to a very serious problem. Miguel our Power Pro Plumbing contact investigated under our crawl space (we have an older home) and found that the original pipes were severely corroded and because of this, we had seepage which needed that removed as soon as possible by a restoration company. Miguel provided us a contact with PRC Restoration and Construction who came out the same day and took care of that issue. Miguel and his crew were then able to reroute new piping and completed this task in 1 day. I cannot say how glad we were to find not only a very professional company but one that responded so quickly to our very serious problems. Miguel walked us through the entire process and continuously gave us updates as they progressed with the job. I highly recommend this company and truly appreciate the integrity of their personnel. Power pro plumbing the worse company I have ever done business with. I called them around 11 am and made an appointment for them to come before 1 pm, about 1:30 they called to tell me that the plumber was on his way.. At that time I told them that it was urgent that the work needed to be done by 3:30 and I was told not to worried that they were going to be there soon. About 3 pm I called them since the plumber had not showed up, I was told that he was finishing one other job and that he will be at my house soon. Since I have been waiting for them all day and I was already mad I told them to forget it and canceled my appointment with them. And after reading all the reviews already posted in here I am glad that they did not come. My review for this company is -10. No one should ever call this business.

I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
This is the worst work done in our restroom and a rip off. The plumber gave us an estimate to repair the leak in the sink for $650 that's including a lavatory replacement. We bought a vanity instead and he said he would charge us $1000 which include rerouting of the pipe. It took him more than two hours just to cut hole on the wall, he ended up cutting three holes and was on the phone most of the time asking for help from somebody. The next day he came with another guy 30 minutes later than the time they told us they will come. They worked up to 5 pm and was charging my husband $1,500 which 50% more than we agreed to the other day. The wall look uglier than before. You could even see the broken wall on the side which was not patched properly. Did not put enough caulk on the sink. The faucet handles were positioned awkward and worst...they relocated the medicine cabinet without my permission and it was obviously not straight. I did not agree to pay the $1500 since that was not the price we agreed to the previous day.

Firstly I totally had the exact same experience as Tony R below. They are total rip-off. I had the exact same experience with the guy coming out putting a snake in the toilet pipe and telling me there's a big blockage that'll require more people and that he's not able to get his snake out because it's stuck. As soon as I said I'll call another company's guy to confirm, magically the snake got unstuck and he said it's ""suddenly"" unblocked and it's fixed.

On top of this I had a nightmarish experience with the plumber itself.

This company hires criminals as plumbers because they are cheap and will not get work anyplace that hires after background checks. One of the plumbers got into unnecessary argument and threatened me. These guys are drunk on the job and do not have control over what they are doing and talking. You let them in one time and they'll break two other things and you'll be calling them forever for some or the other repairs lifetime.

My experience was with Power Pro Plumbing with a Torrance address. I called them out for a main line stoppage, I told them that I did not know where the mainline clean out was, but that I would pull a toilet for them so they could go right into the four inch. Joseph the plumber told me that that would not work an d would have to go through the two inch clean out at the back of the house. he tried for a while and could not clear the line and called for someone to come out with a camera to look at no charge. I again asked why he could not go through the closet bend in the bathroom and he said there were to many turns in the line, really? more turns than going through the two inch from the back of the house? His compadre came out with a camera and told me that tree roots in the line at the sidewalk were the problem and the solution was to dig a big hole down to the main line, install a clean out and then run a snake with a cutter from there to clear the line. First of all installing a clean out at the curb is asinine second when I again asked about snaking from the bathroom I was rebuffed. Then the pressure sell started, If you give the go ahead in 24 hrs. we will deduct the days charge from the $2100, if you have money troubles we can get you financing, then Joseph kept pushing, I talked to my manager and if decide now he will knock $200 off. When I still did not bite and told him for the third time I wanted to review my options and think about it he came back to my door pushing hydrojet, "" it is expensive but hey if it does not work they will only charge you half."" How nice no guaranty except to put more money in their pocket! When some one keeps up the pressure to sell like they do, slam the door and lock it. For all their expertise, that is a joke, I went to Home Depot and rented a power snake, pulled the toiled ran the cutter through the closet bend an cleared my line in thirty minutes for twenty dollars less than the charged me for failed service and over $2000 less than they wanted to charge me! I would not send these guys to someone I hated! The only reason they got one star is Yelp does not allow negative ratings.
