This company has several locations in So. Cal. I can only speak about the Anaheim location and for some reason it doesn't show up on Yelp.

I called for an estimate because I had a routine sewage blockage from a toilet to the main line. I even took off the toilet to reduce the cost and make it easier because this happens every 4 years or so. The gentlemen wasn't interested in looking at the problem. He proceeded to look at the main line and run a camera 60' down the drain. He says, ""Oh this drain is in bad shape, you have roots and blockage."" He proceeds to take out a sheet of paper showing me addresses of homes in the area that have paid anywhere from $3,000-$8000, to repair. He goes on to say we will have to dig and trench and encase a section to fix it and will cost about $2700.

Basically, what he was telling me, I already knew because plumbers have been saying this for 10 years and the drain although not perfect is working.
I suggested that he just run the snake through the toilet and the problem will be solved. He replied, ""Oh, no, I can't do that because of all the liabilities of breaking the line. Your insurance company will not even cover it!""

Long story short, he refused to do the work. This company is not going to come out and do routine jobs especially if they come into neighborhoods where they think they can gouge someone.
About two hours later, a reliable company came in and did the work for $90. Don't bother calling these folks and if you see their trucks, run!

I called Power Pro for an emergency sewer problem. The crew arrived on time and did a good first day's work. From that point it was all downhill. Power Pro failed to complete the work on schedule, failed to keep me informed as to the delays and was condescending in response to my complaints. The techs were cordial and seemed to be professional, but the office staff was incompetent and frustrating. The cost for the service was outlandish, but if the toilets don't flush you pay. Never again!

We called Power Pro on Sunday July 10, 2016 because we had a sprinkler leak in the front yard. Vincent came out in a timely manner, explained what he was going to do and proceeded with his work. He was awesome. Very courteous and polite and did a fabulous job with the repair. We will mostly definitely be calling Power Pro for any future plumbing needs. And of course we will ask for Vincent!

Thanks PowerPro you came through again, I've learned to never stray from you guys again. I used another plumbing service and was not satisfied with the outcome. I paid dearly for the outcome and ended up coming back to what I was familiar with. I want to give a shot out to Larry our service guy here that walk us through the process and helped my husband and I understand what we were dealing with. He didn't sugarcoat anything he gave it to us straight and was very detailed in the problem that we had. He found the solution to the problem and quickly remedied it. Thank you for your help and aide through this process of our home repair!

I first messaged them to see what experience they had with tankless water heaters, Carlos replied and seemed to be knowledgeable. I was having issues with a lot of sediment build up from hot water only so I assumed it was coming from my water heater because its not happening with the cold water. I called and made an appointment to have one of their plumbers come who was suppose to be an expert on tankless water heaters. The morning of my appointment the plumber was a no show. I call 30 mins after the appointment time and the rep tells me they cant get ahold of the plumber. They said they would call me within the hour to give me the status. I get a call and I am told the plumber has called out sick. They reschedule for another day. Again a no show. They sent another plumber who knows about tankless heaters later that day. He diagnosis the issue. Calls his manager to get some pricing and tells me the manager will research to see what prices he can get on a new water heater and would get me a good price due to all the missed appointments. Manager calls me doesn't seem to know much, sounds flustered gives me some pricing but says he will call me back with more info. Never heard from him again. The end. This happened in December 2015. And no I was not going to replace the heater with a new one because of sediment build up but I wanted to see what the $ damage would be with them and at least get pricing incase I wanted to replace it in the future. A horrible customer service experience. How do you miss two appointments and not have a clue that the plumber is a no show.

The plumber from Power Pro Plumbing, Steven, performed a complicated repair to an underground pipe that required going into the concrete On the patio and replacing the pipe! Steven was prompt, courteous, skilled, worked hard to meet my plumbing and financial needs! I can't say enough about the superb professionalism of Steven and Power Pro Plumbing!

Charged me $4300 for running about 10 feet of ABS pipe. Told me they would run it out all the way to the street (and implied the paved street which was much farther) and instead ran it just past my fence into the dirt alley. RIP OFF ARTISTS! You've been warned...
