Beware of salesmen!

I trusted bigger companies due to them being around longer but yet the employees I'm assuming get paid the most is by commission.

I watched Youtube and the technician said 80% of the time it's the capacitor. Unfortunately, you can't buy one unless your licensed so I called to have it checked out. I paid $89 for an inspection. The tech told me that my system doesn't turn on because it's low on freon and there's a leak that's located in a hard area to fix. It's an old unit but it was working fine the day before. He said best thing is to change the unit outside which would cost no less than $6000.

Called another company for a 2ed option and had it up in running in 15 min after REPLACING THE CAPACITOR!!!!!!

Unfortunately I will never recommend this company.

Got another quote for other plumbing repairs and all 3 different plumbers quoted 50% less that this stupid Power Pro. The technician was Daniel.

I called Power Pro Plumbing because i had a potential warranty issue with my Rinnai tankless water heater, and they were listed as a PRO on Rinnai's site. Explained to them my situation, told them that i needed eyes on the TWH to determine whether it is a warranty-able, asked them what the cost was to get someone out and diagnose -- they told me $0. Yes, $0. I asked twice to make sure, and they told me both times that it costs nothing for them to come out and see if it is repairable or if a replacement is recommended. Even better, they were available within the next hour. I thought, cool. But I was suspicious. Turns out, my suspicions were for good reason.

The tech that came to the house said, yea, the (part that I thought was the source of the problem, and is under warranty) is leaking. However, we charge an additional $285 to tear it down and confirm. AN ADDITIONAL $285??! Classic bait and switch / scare-tactics in play, people. Other plumbers were either generally more affordable, or more forthcoming with their pricing.

Avoid this company if you can help it. They bait you with a $0 diagnostic promise, and then switch it once they're on site.

Rinnai is saying that because they didn't call them to troubleshoot, WHICH THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SINCE THEY'RE A PREFFERRED VENDOR, I have to go through the steps again. I had the tech leave, and I called in another appointment with another company that seemed more honest. An absolute waste of my time and a waste of the tech's / company's time; but hey, they probably get enough victims to make their method of operation profitable. These guys are professional con-artists.

Diagnostic service, lift the hood and look at filters. Well sheesh I did that. Did not unscrew unit, even though I asked. Said "" this is what you will see"" there's no need. Oh and ma'am you have high pressure in the system, I don't know why....hmmmm. I was told to call the company of my mini split system to order part and install myself. In addition the price for a new unit to heat and cool one bedroom was nearly $7k. To be honest I don't think the technician was knowledgeable AT ALL. Useless and frankly a waste of time. Don't really care about the $89 diagnostic fee but would have liked to keep that. Would not recommend. Overpriced and not well trained

Employee Alvin Ramos was very informative when it came to explaining what our pipe problem was and it was apparent he was knowledgeable on the subject. He was pleasant and refreshingly patient when it came to answering all of our questions.

After having had very positive experiences with Power Pro for various plumbing issues, we asked them to consider how best to get an acceptable amount of heat into our new addition. Angel was on time, respectful (of both our home and ourselves) and clearly very knowledgeable about the workings of HVAC systems. Getting to an appointment to see the work done was unnecessarily convoluted, but worth the effort. Angel and Michael explained every step, did just what they said they would and it was lovely to see how polite and respectful they were to each other. I would definitely recommend Power Pro's HVAC team!

I've used Power Pro for three major purchases and services in my home over the past 8 years: removal and replacement and installation of the furnace unit, a new water heater tank, and a HVAC condenser unit along with new ducting. Before hiring them, each time I got multiple estimates from at least three different businesses and they were clearly the best most reliable choice. Every technician (Nico, Ramon, David and Angel) provided exceptional service delivered in a timely professional and thorough manner. I will continue to use them as my go-to business for any future plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.
