Let me start by saying we've used PPP in the past and were not disappointed. However, I am hesitant to recommend them anymore. I have been trying to deal with a clogged drain for a couple days and now the tub and shower have backed up. I noticed this when I was washing clothes. I called about midnight on a Wednesday night. They said someone would be out first thing the next morning and I would get a call. Great! I received a call at 6:45am telling me someone would be out between 7:30-8:30am. Great! At 8:24 am no one has called or shown up. I call the office. They tell me the ""guys"" are supposed to clock in between 8:00 and 8:15am and that someone should be available soon. Why would they tell me someone would be out at 7:30 if they don't even start until 8:00? I wait 5 minutes. Decide to call Westchester plumbing and am told they will be here within 45 min or sooner. (Let's hope I don't have to wait any longer). I call PPP to cancel my call and am told that they would be here in about 30 minutes! Normally this would not be a big deal but I can't trust their time estimation. Very disappointed and not likely to use them in the future. I want an honest business and this is not it!

Horrible experience. I tried to have a simple drain clog and the tech came out at night but couldn't clear it. He said he'd be back in the morning at 9. At 10 I called to see where he was and apparently he called in sick. Thanks for the heads up. When I asked what the plan way they told me they were going to send out a hydrojet. WTF?! It's a 3 ft 1"" pipe. Then they told me that they don't work on this sort of equipment. Thanks for wasting my time. I run restaurants and use plumbers often. I will never call PPP again. Oh btw when I called another plumber he was out in 2 hours and cleared the drain in 3 minutes.

We used Power Pro Plumbing for our bathroom addition. Power Pro's technician was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. The entire company from the people who set up the appointment to the technician and his helpers who did the work did an amazing job. I love my new bathroom and would not hesitate to use them again for any of my plumbing needs

I had some plumbing issues so I called Power Pro Plumbing. they came told me it would cost 2,200 to fix, they said it was a broken pipe but they could not show me it. We had another plumber come out and charged us 150 to snake the drain. These people are rip offs!!
