Me and my Mom have been using Power Pro Plumbing for years and they really are an excellent company. Service is on time and is always resolved. I would recommend calling them first before you call anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had them visit my property as my heating system had stopped working, they seemed very efficient but thats just a scam to charge way over the odds for the work and rip people off, they even turned up to the house without a ladder!! I got their quote and sent it to my home warranty company and they were even surprised at the cost on the quote!

I then got another company over to my house for a second qoute and they looked at the problem, they said that whoever was here previously had taken the system to pieces and hadn't put it back how they found it and because of that my home warranty company refused to cover the cost of the repair, due to secondary damage - it ended up costing me over $1000.

Not putting it back how they found it is a way of trying to make sure they come back to fix the problem, what a scam and unfortunately I've learnt by my mistakes but never again .. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF CRAP COMPANY!!

Two stars only because they were very fast in sending someone. The plumber stayed here very little took a picture of my shower knob that was leaking and sent me on the spot a very pricey quote of 425$ if the part needed was standard or 720$ if it was a special order. He wasn't able to tell which one it was without removing the knob and look which I guess he couldn't do without me accepting the quote. After he left I called somebody else that brought standard cartridges and changed it in half a hour for 140$ ...

So thankful! Lil on the pricey side but service was excellent two days before Christmas clogged sink called up this company able to save my sink the service guy from the company name mike super professional definitely recommend!

after spending 3700$ to have my old water pomp removed, a new one installed and a new pipe installed , all this in one day , while it was expensive , I thought the problem was resolved and I wasn't going to have my basement flooded again after a day of rain .
After I ask him to check everything , That is what Mr Jorge Gutierrez assured me with confidence in his power pro uniform and matching patch shirt .
What a shock to see , the pump never worked and my bassement was flooded again after these 2 days of intense rain ! (December 5th and 6th )
I call them back , and had a very nice girl assuring me they will be sending someone ASAP , no charge etc... between noon and 2pm , I got an email to confirm the appointment, 3pm I called again ,saying we had to leave the house at 5 pm so they had to be there way before to do the job..,
4pm nobody , so we have it postponed for the next day ...
They send someone else who again did some search more seriously it seems this time since they had an unhappy customer...
The problem wasn't the pump! but just water getting infiltrated through some openings outside my house inside one wall in the basement.
I will remember not to call them next time so it does not cost me a fortune
Make sure you get more opinions before you spend the money believing what they tell you is the solution

This was the best plumbing experience I have ever had in my life and we all know calling the plumber is usually very scary! It was a Saturday and our toilet was backed up. I called several places (8+) and left a message. Most never bothered calling back. The two places that returned my call said they would charge me a ton of money because it was on a weekend and it would be an ""emergency"" service. Then I called Power Pro Plumbing and someone picked up the phone right away. They were courteous, quoted me how much it would cost (great price with no extra costs because it was the weekend) and told me they would send someone out within the hour. I got an email confirmation followed by a text confirmation when my plumber Albert S. was 10 minutes away. Albert S. was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the work done at the price that was quoted and never tried to sell me any other services than what was originally requested. Amazing service from start to finish. I will use Power Pro Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for the rest of my life!

I had plumbing issues where my tub and toilet bowl are all clogged. I called companies that have a 24/7 service but unfortunately it is not true. They told me they cannot help me til next morning. I called another company that offers 24/7 service but told me they cannot come til 12 midnight and they will charge me additional $80. I was losing hope until I called power pro plumbing. They told me someone will be at my house in at 9:30 pm . Robert Mares came at my house at 8:30 pm. That's what you call 24/7. Robert is very good, fixed my problem in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. The great customer service I got is incomparable. I am very satisfied. No additional charges too. Exceptional customer service, above and beyond.

We just bought our first house. Gas company detected a leak and shut our gas down just before we moved in. The warranty company assigned a plumbing company (I won't name them here) who came in and couldn't find the leak. The technician thought it was likely in the pipes in the walls and that we'd have to cut into them.

The warranty company went through their list of vendors and nobody would come try to find the leak. They authorized me to go outside their list. I was searching on a Friday and I called a dozen companies in Los Angeles. Nobody could come out over the weekend....until I came across Power Pro Plumbing. They scheduled someone for Sunday morning. (the receptionist was very nice and helpful, btw). They actually were available a couple hours early than was planned. Which was great.

Erik P. showed up and before he even ran his diagnosis, he looked at all our appliances and his instincts were crazy good. He knew where the main leak was before even running his diagnostic. Remember, the gas company and the first plumbing company couldn't find anything. Erik suits up and starts doing his thing. Sure enough he found a leak near our main heater, as he predicted. He fixes that. Runs another diagnostic and detects another leak. He crawls underneath our house and finds the other one. He fixes that.

Runs a final diagnostic to check and everything is good. No more leaks. Gas company comes that night and concurs--everything is perfect. We've been nice and toasty ever since. And all gas appliances work great.

Erik was not only super smart and efficient, he was a really nice guy and sensitive to what a miserable situation it had been for us before he arrived. He really turned a nightmare into a big win and I can't recommend him and Power Pro Plumbing enough. Don't waste your time doing any more research. Just go with these guys and you'll be really happy you did.

Had a leak in our office at a drain pipe into wall and ceiling. Called Power and Carlos w Power Pro came out same day. He did a thorough inspection as part of the free estimate. Conclusion was that it was some fan coil units within the building that led to a main drainpipe. That pipe was bad. Carlos advised us to call our AC company and have them do the repair. NO CHARGE! Pretty outstanding. As a result, we are going to keep Power Pro on hand for our office building's plumbing needs. From call, to dispatch, to followup and inspection....Power Pro did all the right things.
