I had plumbing issues where my tub and toilet bowl are all clogged. I called companies that have a 24/7 service but unfortunately it is not true. They told me they cannot help me til next morning. I called another company that offers 24/7 service but told me they cannot come til 12 midnight and they will charge me additional $80. I was losing hope until I called power pro plumbing. They told me someone will be at my house in at 9:30 pm . Robert Mares came at my house at 8:30 pm. That's what you call 24/7. Robert is very good, fixed my problem in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. The great customer service I got is incomparable. I am very satisfied. No additional charges too. Exceptional customer service, above and beyond.

We just bought our first house. Gas company detected a leak and shut our gas down just before we moved in. The warranty company assigned a plumbing company (I won't name them here) who came in and couldn't find the leak. The technician thought it was likely in the pipes in the walls and that we'd have to cut into them.

The warranty company went through their list of vendors and nobody would come try to find the leak. They authorized me to go outside their list. I was searching on a Friday and I called a dozen companies in Los Angeles. Nobody could come out over the weekend....until I came across Power Pro Plumbing. They scheduled someone for Sunday morning. (the receptionist was very nice and helpful, btw). They actually were available a couple hours early than was planned. Which was great.

Erik P. showed up and before he even ran his diagnosis, he looked at all our appliances and his instincts were crazy good. He knew where the main leak was before even running his diagnostic. Remember, the gas company and the first plumbing company couldn't find anything. Erik suits up and starts doing his thing. Sure enough he found a leak near our main heater, as he predicted. He fixes that. Runs another diagnostic and detects another leak. He crawls underneath our house and finds the other one. He fixes that.

Runs a final diagnostic to check and everything is good. No more leaks. Gas company comes that night and concurs--everything is perfect. We've been nice and toasty ever since. And all gas appliances work great.

Erik was not only super smart and efficient, he was a really nice guy and sensitive to what a miserable situation it had been for us before he arrived. He really turned a nightmare into a big win and I can't recommend him and Power Pro Plumbing enough. Don't waste your time doing any more research. Just go with these guys and you'll be really happy you did.

Had a leak in our office at a drain pipe into wall and ceiling. Called Power and Carlos w Power Pro came out same day. He did a thorough inspection as part of the free estimate. Conclusion was that it was some fan coil units within the building that led to a main drainpipe. That pipe was bad. Carlos advised us to call our AC company and have them do the repair. NO CHARGE! Pretty outstanding. As a result, we are going to keep Power Pro on hand for our office building's plumbing needs. From call, to dispatch, to followup and inspection....Power Pro did all the right things.

We had a very pleasurable experience with power pro. Called them around 1p because our washing machine was backing up. Was told that someone be out between 2p and 4p. Around 230p was told their plumber was on his way. They txtd me his name and a picture. At 3p Eduardo showed up.
He ran the washer to see what was happening and began working on clearing its drain. He then tried the washer again. It was still backing up. He went to the nearest clean out and worked on it. After a time with that. He ran a hose down it. It was draining just fine.
He then went back to the washer for the real test. No more back up. Thanks Eddie for persevering and getting the job done. I definitely will recommend these folks.

Although Fernando Hernandez came yesterday
To my moms home in South El Monte and he was professional and I paid him for a job were he temporarily solved a toilet problem, I wasn't looking for a fancy toilet I was looking for needed direction and relevant information. After Going outside with him and he looked into the crawlspace he said an inspection was going to be needed and he was gonna send someone today to do it and that has not happened yet. I depend on information and In order to help direct my moms needs towards the best provider and in this case the provider of plumbing for her home so if more information is going to be needed. I'm not here to deal with the problems I'm Here to direct her needs towards the people who can handle those needs if they become a problem but that's only going to happen with information. I'm not impressed with videos of endorsements by famous people. I'm dependent on people to be informed honest and on time

This was a wonderful experience I mean they were great prompt professional knowledgeable and very helpful and pleasant gave price ahead of time and explained everything walked me through and showed me pictures of my hvac unit they took care of business quick and I'm very satisfied and please I'm a happy customer I highly recommend thanks to Jorge and his partner. Best Service Ever!

I have used Power Pro Plumbing a couple times through this year because of a couple emergencies with my home and each time the customer service is phenomenal. I had my water heater and heating unit replaced by them and they made it a quick and affordable experience. I just recently worked with them again due to my kitchen line being clogged and they worked with me to make the cleaning of the line affordable for me. Even the customer representative over the phone was great with updating me on arrival times. I worked with Jesus, Agustin, and Alvin over this latest project and they are all amazing at what they do. They are friendly and walked me through what they were doing every step of the way. I would highly reccomend them and will be calling this company back if anything else needs to be worked on in my home. Being a young homeowner, the process of repairs can seem scary or overwhelming but I never felt uneasy and they are great at working at a price that is good for you. I would also recommend that you join their power pro membership that they offer, because that saved me a lot of money.

This was our second experience with Power Pro Plumbing, and of course the service we received was second to none!! Nate is a courteous, professional, friendly and most importantly honest representative of his company. He came in, assessed our problem, and gave us his honest opinion on how to proceed. As it turned out we needed our line hydro jetted, we then met Chris, equally professional and courteous, they fixed our line and now I am confident our line is clear and worry free. We will always call Power Pro Plumbing and Heating first should another problem arise.
