Jim has always been available in an emergency and has come quickly for estimates on major work. He has done plumbing repairs and provided two new ADA toilets, including bringing them with him. (One provider suggested I pick up my own.). In addition, he checked my HVAC at no cost. The work area was protected and cleaned up perfectly when he was completed. he is amazing with any plumbing job- we have used him for new construction/ bathroom from scratch, fixing old hot water heater/ installing tankless systems which are super energy efficient... i would call him for any plumbing job large or small.. honest and reasonable.. we were told we needed a 10,000 fix for pipes at my moms house from house to street and he came for 2d opinion and totally blew them out of the water..just some root clog no pipe damage via camera... like i said its refreshing to get an honest contrator.
