My tenant woke to a major leaky water heater. By leaking, I mean you can see water seeping past the garage door on the far side. My husband went on Yelp to request several quotes and Power Plumbing was one of the few that responded promptly. We scheduled the appt for the same day and Rameez showed up when he said he would. Asides from removing the old and installing the new hot water heater, he replaced the flexible piping up top with a bolt to bolt connection making it easier to change out next time without soldering. He also soldered the overflow pipe after realizing it was not soldered together (by the last plumber installing the prior water heater). Rameez was very conscientious on what he did and he cleaned up everything when he was done (from washing off the rusty water stain on the sidewalk from draining the old water heater, to ringing out the towels that was placed to soak up water before got here).

All in all, very pleasant to work with and very professional. Will definitely use Rameez again.

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and called 3 of the highest rated SF plumbers on Yelp.

Rameez responded quickly through text and answered all my questions. I texted him photos of the water heater to be replaced and he quickly provided a price estimate.
