Tim P.If there could be 0 stars I would give them ZERO! I have been a long time customer, spent thousands of dollars with this company. I liked that they gave you an upfront cost before starting and stuck to it. They replaced a water tank about 2 years ago at a cost of over $1400. The pilot light would not re-light. The controller went bad which is no reflection on them but when I called on a Saturday morning because there was no hot water in the house, my call has gone unanswered for now 4 days and counting! Another plumber was able to replace the controller( under warranty) and the ice shower I had to endure will not be forgotten, and I have a new plumber. Big ranch-3 residences and a barn= lots of plumbing work! EPIC FAIL POWERLESS PLUMBING!
