Homeowner will grow a ton of mold due to your non professional incorrect advice. Stick to your trade not one you know nothing about and end up causing homeowners more issues with incorrect scope.

Welp, referencing Lisa B's review of 9/16/2021, in late 2020 we had some extremely expensive plumbing for a bathroom remodel done by this company and wound up with hot and cold reversed at the kitchen sink. We decided to live with it, not knowing that the bathroom remodel, which was torn apart with no fixtures in and therefore not testable, was also reversed hot and cold lines. We have just completed this remodel two years later, and guess what, a thermostatic shower valve will not work when an error of this kind is in play. A second plumbing company had to reverse the plumbing for the sink, tub, toilet, and shower. Yes, the toilet. Hot water in a toilet will destroy its innards, did you know that? Fortunately the bathroom had just barely been in use before these issues were discovered. A shower that only produces scalding makes for quick discovery.

Needless to say, we will not be return customers.

We could not be happier with the help we got from Kevin and his crew! We live in a house that was built in 1906 and for some reason they didn't put a cleanout drain in back then. So when we had some problems, another plumbing team had to pull the toilet out to clean the roots out of our pipes. But we needed a permanent solution, and with the help of their camera, they were able to figure out what the problem was and fix it --- so we now have access to our plumbing system as it is indicated in the picture. I think the landscaping with the rocks they found under our house was a final nice touch!! Extremely fast and did a great job of communicating the whole job to us. Yes! Should the need arise for plumbing help we will call them again!

Our refrigerator filtration system broke, started flooding our home, and we had to shut off water to our entire house. We called around trying to find someone who sounded reliable and knowledgeable. After 2 other companies left a bad taste in our mouths, we called Power Plumbing for emergency help. We spoke to Bobby. Bobby walked us through trying to turn off the valve behind the refrigerator but it was stripped. He then guided us through a few different steps to temporarily shut the water down to the affected pipe until they could come out and fix the problem permanently. Bobby was professional, patient, reliable and spot on with every step he instructed us through. I cannot thank Power Plumbing enough for helping my family through a tough time and irreversible damage to our home. You can't put a price on the value of your home when it's flooding. We will never use any other company but Power Plumbing.

Avoid them at all cost! Please I beg you!! First off they will charge $25 just to show up. Never heard this one before. So let's get started on my experience.
The person shows up wants to pull the toilet and run the line for a clogged toilet. Their asking $197 to run the line and $200+ just to pull the toilet. I advised I will pay to run the sewer line but not pull the toilet. The guy just left didn't do anything. Why? I suspect end of the day and lazy. You are warned.

Save your money get a private company. It appears they subcontract various plumbers or plumber apprentices. We haven't used them in 2 years but still find crap that wasn't done right. Every time we called, get a different plumber who are not qualified to determine problem in kitchen sink. Kept getting delayed that day hour by hour, finally showed up at 6pm. Look at sink said didn't know why it leaked. I said that's why we call you to troubleshoot, you are the plumber not us. Then when they installed our brand New dishwasher, a different guy. he asked if we wanted an air vent, which he said isn't necessary. Well Ca code it is,and ever since installed it gurgles during cycle and a bit of water remains in bottom. Also he didn't attach it correctly as it was rocking from underside of cabinet within 2 months. My husband had to adhere it correctly having spending over 200 with them. Keep in mind our house is in excellent shape, not run down. Just plumbing hard for my husband with the crawling under sink etc. we found a great neighborhood plumbing company. Which I will mention on their page. But wait there is more, we had them install new faucet in our little bathroom. I come home from work And the hot and cold were on opposite, turn right handle and hot water left is cold. Come on. Really. They came back out to fix, But really, WTH. 3 or 4 strikes your Out!

My understanding is that this business purchased Wid's Plumbing, who my family had previously always (happily), done business with. However, Wid retired, leaving us in a loop!
We have a high volume of plumbing needs, as my father owns a car wash in down town slo.
Fast forward to last evening, 06.23.21, a friend of mine was over helping with dog care & noticed that my water heater was leaking. I called my father, he called Power Plumbing this morning, and they came out about 11:00am to replace my water heater.
I have 2 rambunctious Pit Bulls. I introduced myself & both dogs to the plumber, explained that I'd keep them indoors until he was done, and explained where the water heater is.
I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN.
He never told me what he had done, or even that he was done and leaving..
Is that good business?
Thankfully my father is closing the car wash on June 30th, and I'll never have to refer anyone to a plumber again!
God I miss Wid!!!
