WOKE UP TO A DISASTER IN A STORM . Shocked to find hot steamy water feverishly mingling with cold stormy rain water...what the... Water heater died. Saturday. Called most of the places opened on weekend Listed online got only vmail.

UNTIL the angel of a dispatcher, Jim answered the phone. A real live human being voice from a human mouth in real time!!! He let me know Kevin would be out within an hour. He was here in 45 minutes!!

I suspected the estimate to be 75% more being a small town and a weekend. SWEET. Way cheaper than what my brother paid for a new furnace in this area on a week day with an appointment with another company A year ago.

Kevin the Plumber, was extremely professional and efficient; plus my dog liked him. I now Have a rocking ""Star Wars"" type water heater with lots of fancy things like an oil catcher so if it ever explodes it won't poison the water on our planet. One year labor guarantee and six year furnace warrantee.

I have found my bff plumbers. Happy Valentine's Weekend!!

We had what seemed like a problem with a seal on our toilet that turned out to be much worst. Randy the tech that came to the house was quick to diagnose and come up with a sound plan of attack. He finished the job the same day, had everything working again better than ever.
Had Randy not been as diligent as he was I am sure we would have had bigger issues down the road.

I had an issue with what I thought was going to be an easy fix on a Saturday morning. Turned out I was under qualified for the job. Pipes were broken, and water had to remain off until it was fixed. Most plumbers we're closed when I was calling. (Sat@8:30am) I called Power Plumbing and Randy was here within the hour. So very thankful for the prompt action and professionalism of the technician who came out.

TOP NOTCH! I had an emergency in my salon and Jim was able same day have one of his men there ready for action. PROS it's worth every penny. I completely recommend them totally professional. Jim kept in touch throughout the job with me and the owner of building.

I've used these guys three times over several years. While the service has gone down, the prices have gone up. The first time I was very impressed. Low service fee even on a weekend and they did a great job. The next time cost a little more, but I still thought the guy did a good job. The third time was the last time I'll be using them. I called in the morning and was told I was the next job in the schedule. After a couple hours, I called to see what the hold up was. They were still on the other job. Called again later in the afternoon as they still hadn't shown up. At that point I said it wasn't an emergency and I didn't want them showing up at the end of the day and then charging me overtime. Well guess what---that's EXACTLY what they did! Or tried to do. When I saw the OT on the bill I said forget it, I wasn't paying it. And they never even gave a reason for why they took all day to show up.

About 15 years ago a friend of mine recommended Power plumbing. She had some rentals that often needed work and she really liked power plumbing. We have a house built in the 60's and the plumbing has needed lots of work. We call a plumber at least once a year. About every 18 months our drain is clogged. Other plumbers had taken a toilet out in order to snake the drain. They said we apparently had no clean out opening (they call it something else, I'm not a plumber) Then a Power plumbing employee did some investigating by looking at other houses on the block to see where their clean-out was. With that information he was able to dig around in the grass in front of the house and find our clean out pipe. No more removing the toilet every 18 months. They discuss the options before deciding on a plan for complicated jobs. Their work is great. They clean up. They respond quickly. They are smart and friendly. What else can I say? Oh, the $8 a month loyalty program has paid for itself by far at our house.

My furnace got tweaked by the storm/related power outage. Even though I called on a Saturday, and they were busy, they came out within 1 1/2 hours and fixed everything within half an hour. The price was very reasonable and the service was very friendly even though fixing my furnace meant one of the guys was late to his wife's birthday party.

Needed emergency help with flooding basement while out of town. Quick response but problem wasn't completely resolved. Had a friend complete the job the next day. They reimbursed us for the extra work and that was fair. Much appreciated.
