Julian Diaz showed up on the early side of the expected window of arrival and very patiently waited for as I didn't initially hear him at the door. Then was very lovely and helpful as he quickly resolved an issue with my toilet that was preventing it from flushing. On his way out, he was even able to clearly explain to me what had gone wrong, which I always love to know. Thanks so much for the help!

I can't say enough good things about Julian Lopez at Power Plumbing. Our association has been using Power Plumbing for years as one of the most reliable and trustworthy contractors in our rolodex. Julian came out to work on what we thought was a minor clogged drain line but ended up being a larger issue which required multiple visits. Julian was patient and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure that our issues were resolved. The clog in the drain was difficult to identify (we are a condo association) as there are many lines that intersect. Considering the flooding disaster that I was dealing with inside my home, Julian and Power Plumbing really saved the day with their responsiveness and willingness to get the job done quickly before I lost my mind. Julian is one of the finest examples of an honest, good natured, friendly, competent contractor that I have met over the years as president of my association. Eddie at Power Plumbing and Marcial get honorable mentions but Julian thank you for saving the day and for your calming and caring attitude.

I have to say that hands down David Hernandez from Power Plumbing is the best plumber in town. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and works hard to ensure the best quality work. They are a bit pricier than other plumbers but their quality speaks for itself and they really stand behind their work and give a 30 day guarantee that if something's leaking or not right they will come out and fix it at no charge. David relentlessly worked on solving quite a few plumbing issues (faulty dishwasher, installing a new water filtration system, fixing leaks and adding shut off valves, etc) and did it perfectly and without complaining. I highly recommend David for any plumbing needs you may have!!! I will definitely use him again if and when needed!

Juan and Jason were so helpful and compassionate ! Juan was the associate who actually did the work and I couldn't be happier with his performance. Had both bathroom showers backing up. Not an easy fix. Had to be snaked from the underground parking. Julien figured it all out and had a great attitude the entire time. Such a great guy I actually enjoyed chatting with him as he brilliantly fixed my drains. My HOA pays for this, so I have no idea how much they charge. LOL But my HOA is very frugal so I'm sure they wouldn't pay for a company that over charged.

My water pressure regulator was leaking and my water heater was making a loud whistling noise. I shut off my water and contacted Power Plumbing. I spoke to David and sent him pictures of my pressure regulator. He knew exactly what the problem was and sent me an invoice with details on what needed to be fixed. We were able to set up an appointment for the following day. Thank you David for all your help!
