We've had a shower issue for a few weeks now and finally got around to looking around to find a local plumber. It just seemed like a daunting task to me, BUT Power Plumbing made it super easy and everyone I talked to was super friendly (April, Rosie). The tech, who came out, David Hernandez, went above and beyond to explain what our issue was. He took the time to explain it to my dad and then to me over the phone. As a first time customer, the inspection was complimentary and the fix was an easy one for us, so it didn't cost us anything to have Power Plumbing out. I will 10000% be calling them next time we have an issue. It was a breeze and I actually understood everything David explained to me, which I was intimidated by as well (that I wasn't going to understand what the issue was lol). Thank you, everyone at Power Plumbing!

We had a leak coming from our water heater. Dave Hernandez came out, diagnosed the issue, and gave us an estimate that was a very reasonable price. He had to come out the next day to replace the water heater which was quite a difficult task as the space where it is located is quite tight. He did an excellent job stayed as long as it took to get it finished. I will be using the again.

The first thing I like about this company is that they gave me a 2 hour window for their service provider to show up, not 4 or 8 ! Is it just me or do companies that give me 4 hour windows to wait for the service provider ALWAYS come during the LAST HOUR of the scheduled window or right up to the last 30 minutes? This company does not seem to inconvenience the customer in that way. The man who showed up, Jorge, was friendly, easygoing, explained what he was doing, was fast at what he did, and not only fixed my bathroom sink stopper issue but solved a longstanding issue involving weak water flow from the sink! So he went above and beyond the requested service request. This company was also very easy to deal with over the phone and did not have all that tedious MENU OPTIONS to go through before speaking to a HUMAN. A human answered readily both times I called. Based on my experience I am happy to recommend this company wholeheartedly. Their ""Power"" is that, in a world of automated and impersonal communications practices they respect the human element and are indeed ""POWERFUL"" at knowing their trade!

Plower Plumbing is great--the first thing I appreciate--which is small...but details matter--is that they call you about 30 minutes before sending someone over. This is especially appreciated because many a time have I had a contractor come out & miss me by minutes or assume I'm not home and just leave. The 30 min heads-up allows me time to be alert for the arrival.

Jorge was assigned to us and was familiar with the building's plumbing. You could tell how knowledgeable he was because as soon as he saw the tub, he knew what the issue was. Professional, funny (knew a lot about dogs!), and provided a speedy fix. So happy I can shower again without stranding in a tub filled with water and brush my teeth without my sink overflowing!

If you want great personnel and top customer service, I highly recommend Power Plumbing for your plumbing needs!
