i just recently had to call to unclog a stubborn backed up hand sink and slow draining shower tub. Management used Power plumbing, and they sent Mike A to rescue. what i liked about Mike, to start he was punctual and on time, he was also very patient and through with the job. he actually noticed couple of things: one a crack under the hand sink piping that could had been a future leak as well the uneven water pressure in the shower from bottom to shower head, and he ended up cleaning the pipping which gave us much more pressure on top now. thanks Big mike and power plumbing we will request your service for future and highly recommend you guys

We called Power Plumbing when our basement flooded at the height of the recent massive rainstorms. From the start, their phone representative was very understanding and responsive. And despite their many emergency appointments due to the heavy rains, as promised a marvelous technician named Rodrigo arrived at our home before 5 pm, with an incredibly cheerful, professional attitude. He literally worked non-stop to troubleshoot and fix the obscure leak that caused all the flooding--and then pumped the water out of the basement, working through pouring rain and mud and ingeniously solving every complicating issue that arose. We were so impressed with the service level and friendly attitude of Rodrigo, and everyone we interfaced with at Power Plumbers. They'll be our first call for any future plumbing work.

We requested a service which was installation of 3 toilets on upstairs floor
Johnny and his partner were great
Even the toilets were different then older version ( square bottom ) new ones was ( oval ) they look the toilets were there 5 years you cannot tell the difference.
Also the work attic of these gentleman were outstanding they care the floor carpets and wood floor they carried by hand not with dolly so we are happy with everything they do. Also their manners were great every time they went to get something from their truck they trash used shoe covers and put on new ones.
They were very professional and respectful also friendly we like them and if we have any future problems (hopefully not) but if we do we will definitely call them and ask for Johnny
I have to mention Miss Alondra to coordinate everything on the phone she was exceptional like a personal touch feel like i called concierge on 5 star hotels.

Had a drip from my bathroom leaking into the parking garage below. Johnny sleuthed the cause to be a faulty drain pipe upon which the grill could not fit properly. He took out the grinder or whatever it was and reshaped the pipe so that a watertight connection could be made. This was a problem that had surfaced from time to time over the years. Very glad to finally get it solved. Thank you Johnny!

My partner and I had the toilet water valves replaced in our condo plus we replaced a couple parts in one of the tanks. Power Plumbing's customer service was very friendly and accommdating. I was able to schedule a non-emergency assessement and repair on my desired days. Our plumber Benancio ""Ben"" Queme was terrific. I was nervous about the process of turning the main water line for the entire building off and on again, but he walked us through all the steps and everything was done without incident. Ben was thorough, informative and very patient (especially with our dog who barked almost continuously). When I inquired about other plumbing matters, I felt I was given all the necessary and important info without any upsell. I will definitely be using Power Plumbing again for additional work.

Horrible experience. I booked 10am -2pm. Technician didn't showed up till 11:20am. Then he had trouble locating the valves and by 12:30 he said he had urgent issues that needs to leave immediately. Call the company and they can't send any backup. Don't do business with them!!!
