GREG is my new best friend. I live on the first floor of a three-story older, (42 years), condo. I took the place down to the studs and built a brand new beautiful home. After one year I started to feel my carpet was soaked. POWER is our buildings vendor, and so we called them out with urgency. Wow, GREG showed up the next morning (Sat) with his leak detector. Spent hours but the important blocked pipe connection was behind the wall. GREG was back Monday afternoon Now it's almost 7pm. He did disconnect my unit from the other two units that share the condensation pipe so the leak would stop in my unit. That was yesterday, today he arrived, cut into the wall and found the connection that was blocked and fixed it. Then he reassembled all the pipes better than before. I am starting my seventh decade and I have never had this quality service before. A company is as good as the people who work there. Five starts for Greg and all!

Last night my kitchen sink suddenly backed up with sediment, and wouldn't drain. Dan from Power Plumbing showed up first thing this morning, and snaked the drain. I could tell it was a tough job, but when he was finished the pipes opened up -- and he even took the time to clean the sink, counters, and floor. Excellent service.

Dan from Power Plumbing came to our condo bldg today just to hydro jet some clogged drains. He didn't leave for almost 4 hours until he was able to get to the root of the problem! And ironically, the root of the problem were enormous tree roots growing through the drains. He pulled the drains apart to cut the roots out, huge job!! When he left, everything was cleaned and draining again. Thx Dan!

Dan is the greatest plumber!!! Our closet started leaking buckets full of hot water. Dan found the leak quickly, even though it was a difficult leak to find. He worked for 4 hours into the evening, and was always very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked very quickly and very cleanly, and I will definitely be recommending him and calling in the future!!!

I had done some updates to my kitchen at what I thought was an affordable price...and then I realized that with discounts come shortcuts. Upon using my sink for the first time after the update it began to leak - everywhere. I called the contractor who gave me a few explanations as to why this was happening - none of them seemed reasonable. So that's when I decided to bring in a plumber to fix it - correctly. My knight in shining armor was named DAN. And when I say he saved me I don't say that lightly! The garbage disposal wasn't put in correctly, caulking wasn't applied all the way around correctly and the faucet was hanging on by a thread. He took his time to fix every single issue and tested and retested to make sure everything was done correctly. He was friendly, kind and explained every step of the process. I was looking for quality work to fix cheap mistakes and it was the best money I spent on the entire renovation. I was grateful for the time he took to inspect to make sure it was done right. Thanks Dan. You the man.

Special thanks to Dan, the night that I was frustrated due to sink clog got resolved. I came back from work tired at night, noticed unknown Alfredo Chicken Pasta smell from my sink which I would never cook that at home. Second thing I noticed that the water started to flow up and I was extremely worried. I contacted my management immediately, shortly after an hour Dan arrived my unit with perfect manner. The clog was very very deep, felt like at least 5ft, Dan was able to resolve the issue with good skill and made me and my sink very happy.

I sincerely appreciate that Dan was able to make trip at late night and finish the job with awesome skill. I have had other plumber came to my unit but was not satisfied. Dan was the only person satisfied me and my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Look. I don't write Yelp reviews. I just don't do it.
But DAN from Power Plumbing came to my apartment today and went absolutely above and beyond to fix the existing issues.

He cleared a very complex garbage disposal clog--involving other units in my building and complex piping orientations--took as much time as needed to completely solve the clog--didn't cut corners or try to rush through it.
He was communicative about what was going on so I wasn't left sitting wondering what he was doing and why.

THEN he fixed my tub drain. It hasn't worked properly since I moved in 5 years ago. Every time I complain, the rental company (not Power Plumbing) sends someone random my way (again not Power plumbing) and whoever they send mutters something about the pipes being old---not much they can do---they snake the drain---and still there's no improvement.

But Dan immediately diagnosed the issue--something NO OTHER PLUMBER HAS YET DONE--and restored my drain to it's full potential. It's literally been YEARS since it's worked properly. What a huge relief.

And as if all that wasn't enough. He cleaned up after himself. HE CLEANED.
