I'm back to update my previous review... We just had a problem with the initial work Powell's did in our bathroom. The new plumber we have said it was the work that was originally done by Powell's. Again, steer clear of this company.

The worst customer service I have ever received! I called Powell on a weekend when my toilet backed up, they came out after hours of waiting... ""said"" it was fixed. Shortly after they left I had the same issue. I called the number for the person who came out the first time, he stated he was NOT on call and I needed to call the main number. I called the main the number given and was told someone would call me back shortly. Shortly ended up being never, I called another provider ""Roto Rooter"", they came out quickly and fixed problem, no future problems. Spoke to Powell letting them know I had to pay a different service to fix what they did not fix and did not think I should have to pay the full amount again.....spoke to at least two different people at the business..... I was actually told that one ""could care less"" that I had to call someone else. Exact words! The person on the phone was rude and nasty and did not care about anything other than getting the money they felt they were owed.....I have never had someone at a place of business yell and scream at me, and not allow me to complete my sentences... ..actually threatening to take me to court if the money was not received.....all of this for incomplete work on their part....... I had proof I had a different service come out the next day. Will never use them again and will not suggest them to others.

Awful nasty service. The owner sent plumbers out and he didn't have the parts. They didn't know how to check the heater and do necessary repairs. They came out twice and never finished the job. I was billed for repairs never completed. He wrote a threatening message on the bill. Extremely unprofessional

We used them for the first time in March when we had a serious water pipe break in our laundry. Big damage from it. The were quick, totally professional, and much better than the plumber we had been working with. Excellent pricing. I have now used them several times, including installation of a new hot water heater.
I would not hesitate to recommend them. They do not ""hard sell"" service contract.
They do not do that. You want work or maintenance done, just call them during the season, and they do it. No monthly contract fees.
