Powell Plumbing RARELY answers their phone number - I've called at least 5 times and never talked to a human being and was forced to leave a voice mail. Technician (Mike) showed up with 1 week of work order being submitted and he great on site. However, Mike has been very slow to submit report for necessary ""2nd opinion"" on leaking 80 gallon water heater that caused $9000 in damages and repairs before replacement can be officially authorized by American Home Shield. Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since the technician was on site and still no response from Powell Plumbing. In good conscience, I cannot recommend this company based on the poor customer service,
again I have never had them as we the phone even once so pray you are not having and emergency, and extremely slow response time submitting reports to diagnose any problem required for a home warranty company to authors a repair. BE BETTER and DO BETTER!

Most unreliable plumber I ever used. Neighbor recommended him but this neighbor said the business has gone down hill after dad left. He was watching plumbers come and go for 8 weeks. I had been told this job would take three days and maybe it would have. The plumber would drive into my driveway and sit there for hours, scrolling on his phone. I can only assume he didn't realize he was on the security camera. Once he sat there for 2 hours then drove away,without doing any work at all! I've got a new and better plumber now.

Great Work. They took the time to discuss the project. Actually saved my a lot of money from a quote from another plumber. They honored the quote and customer service was very helpful. Would highly recommend .

A coworker recommended Powell Plumbing to me as I am new to the area, overall I was very pleased with my experience. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and helpful and the plumber who came to my house was on time and very nice, in spite of my two yellow labs harassing him to play catch . He fixed a leaky toilet and kitchen sink quickly, spent another 10-15 minutes making sure all the other toilets in my house were in good working condition and even answered questions I had about plumbing considerations for a future bathroom upgrade. When I received the bill it was about half of what I was expecting and I noticed that I was not billed for the extra time he spent answering my questions and checking the other toilets. I am giving Powell a 5 star rating on a few rating websites because I cannot think of any way they could have done better and they deserve the recognition.
