Powderly came by last week to install two high pressure regulators, a second water meter, a new main ball valve (coordinated with town & Powderly easily), a water expansion tank, and replaced an old 3 handle shower valve with a single handle pressure balancing anti scold valve & goof plate & clicker drain. Also, they were COVID friendly with masks & distancing.

Everything was installed without any leaks or major issues. The only ""issue"" we had was that my wife wasn't a fan of the Symmons goof plate so we worked with Jeff Powderly to have a plumber return the following week with a Moen goof plate.

They did a great job and went above and beyond. Nick, the plumber, was professional and made sure that we were satisfied before completing the job. Geniene, the office manager, was extremely helpful in every step of the way as well as Jeff who fielded any questions I had.

They just did my tankless water heater upgrade. Very Responsive to any questions. Good price, as I have a rule of getting at least 3 quotes before starting a service. Called Powderly and Sons the other day and scheduled them to come out today between 6:30 and 8:00 am to fix a leaking toilet. Nick showed up a little after 6:30 called to make sure we were awake, came in and got to work. A little while later he had taken the toilet off the floor, put in a new flange, wax ring, Johnny bolts, and supply hose and fixed a dilemma for an extremely reasonable price. To top it off Nick was a great guy, very personable and explained everything. Definitely would call them again.

This company was great. They installed a floor drain for my business and was extremely accurate on their initial estimate. The job was done much faster and cheaper then quotes I received from competitors in the area. I will definitely be using them again.
