BUYER BEWARE! this was our first and last trip into this store. We needed a piece to our aqua stat that had gone out on tuesday, we were told they can get one most likely ""same"" day if not next day. So we assumed our part was coming from out of state and they had it over nighted for us. Also everywhere online sells this part for 25.00 to 30.00. The Next day rolls around and the part we were told would be in by noon still wasnt in when asked where it was coming from we were told PONTIAC MI!!!!!! now as a business owner trying to satisfy a customer I would have driven 20 minutes to go get the damn thing instead of charging us 20.00 to have shipped. Or had the common sense to call us and say that he had found one in pontiac so we could go get it! Meanwhile our house is 50 degrees with 2 little kids! I just wish for a second they would have put themselves in our shoes and thought ""what if that was my young family"" needless to say we got our part and they made bank on us. They charged almost 80.00 for the part and shipping on a 25.00 part that should have NEVER been shipped in the first place! Thanks and merry christmas to us I guess!

The work they charged me for last year 1800 to replace a leaking spicket just busted and is leaked - everywhere. Had to call another plumber charge is $150.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! These people gave us incorrect information , they didn't fix the problem and grossly over billed the time! They have a hand in your wallet as soon as you call.
We gave them a chance to come back and make things good, they set up a time to come back and didn't show! I had to take the day off!!! Do not trust the information they give! It's worth a second opinion to double check!

Needs to be negative stars but it won't let me go lower. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called and spoke to Bill Pousho (owner) and explained to him the problem I was having with my water softener and that I had a McIntyre system. Mr Pousho was very nice and explained to me how the softener worked and set up an appointment time. When the repairman (actually salesman) showed up I also explained to him the problem I was having. The ""repairman plugged his light in, looked the softener over for about five to ten minutes, took a water sample and a few minutes later told me that he couldn't get the softener to work. He actually never took anything apart to look for a problem. I told him that the unit was only seven to ten years old and he began to explain that the McIntyre system was cheaply made then proceeded to try to sell me the system that he sells completely installed for only $1985 minus the $120 service fee he was charging me today of course. He also tried to service my air conditioner (which was working fine) with R22 because with the new rules coming out soon he would no longer be allowed to use R22. I'm sure this would have been a side job. I told him that I would let him know on Monday if we decided to have the unit replaced. I called McIntyre on Monday and told them what had happened and they sent a ""real"" repairman that same day. I explained to the repairman ""Jeff"" what was happening and he immediately knew where to go. After a trip to his truck and 10 minutes later he had replaced a broken Valve Spring and the softener was as good as new. The Pousho ""repairman"" might have seen this if he had bothered to look for a problem rather than try to sell me a new system. I called the Bill Pousho and explained what had transpired and that I felt I should get my $120 back, but all I got was an attitude, excuses and very unprofessional behavior. I thought I was the customer?? I have never experienced a business owner that would try to talk over me, not listen to what I had to say as a customer, he even tried to tell me that the repairman he sent over does not work on McIntyre systems. I reminded the owner that I had told him what system I had when I first spoke to him. Well good ol Bill didn't like this so he very professionally hung up the phone on me. His website does say they work on all makes and models. I hope Pousho Ripoff Plumbing never gets another days business. STAY AWAY! Thank You McIntyre!!

If yelp would allow me I would give zero stars. I am very disappointed in the service provided by Poushou plumbing. I had a water heater go bad that was covered under the manufacturers warranty. I contacted the Poushou since they were a licensed plumber (warranty replacements can only be done by licensed plumbers )in my area that installs this particular brand of water heater. They said that I would only need to pay for labor on the install. I asked the man on the phone how much they charge per hour and he kindly told me $125 per hour. I also asked him long it would take to do the job and he said 2 or more hours. He said that a lot of the time was for draining the existing tank. I asked him if it would save time if I drained the tank myself and he said yes.
I turned off the gas and water intake and drained the tank.
When the technician arrived he handed me a bill for ~$420. I called the main office back prior to allowing them to start the work and he said that this was their quote. I complained and said that shouldn't they do the work first and charge me the hourly rate. He said that this was the charge including their transportation and disposal of the old tank. He told me that he mis spoke about the hourly rate and that the best he could do was lower it to $360. Upset and without an option I allowed the guy to do the work. 50 minutes later he was finished (the tech did a nice job on the install) I said that since it only took 50 minutes shouldn't the charge only be $125? He asked me to call the main office again. I did and they explained that this was their price and it cannot be lowered as per the hourly rate that he quoted me on the phone originally. I explained that he was there for 50 minutes and the $360 dollars is a high price for that little amount of work.
I would recommend that you use another service. These people are not honest and cannot be trusted.
I am sure they are fine plumbers but this doesn't mean that you can treat customers dishonestly. I actually had a leaky utility sink pump that I planned to ask the plumber to take a look at and decided that I would do the work myself instead of asking them to look at it.
DO NOT USE THIS DIS HONEST COMPANY.

These incompetent bastards put a new pump, piping and electrical in for me three and a half years ago, charging us roughly $2000. Segue to this past Wednesday when it failed miserably. I call them back out, get a quick electrical check and told I need a new well for $6000-$8000. For that much money, I obviously got a second opinion. Had another crew from a very reputable well service come out today and spend 20 minutes actually PULLING the pump and attached plumbing to see what was going on inside. The cheap Chinese piping Pousho used had rotted thru right at the well pump. Beware of these crooked, incompetent fools. They'll charge top dollar and give you junk.

Terrible Company! Do not do business with them! I took off work 3 hours early and sat and waited for them, no telephone call, when I finally called they said that it was too late in the day! Stay away from this company!!!

Beware dealing with this company. My recent experience was a shocker. They quoted a price and charged double the quote. The owner was rude, condescending, and argumentative. Do your due diligence. Check with other contractors, Better Business Bureau etc. Above all, get quote in writing.
