I am so pleased with the professionalism and expertise of this company. We explained to Chip the owner yesterday about our concerns of an open or damaged drain pipe. I have had experience with this before and became very ill from it. At that time they did not have the knowledge or equipment that they do today. Early this morning Chip sent his plumber Tom to do a smoke test to identify if we have any problems with the vent or drainage system. I have been experiencing health problems for the past several months since we moved in, such as dizziness, muscle pain, lethargy and sinus headaches. The first question asked when Tom arrived was whether we filled all the drains with water which is VERY VERY IMPORTANT. most people are not aware of that. Secondly he proceeded to hook up the smoke machine to the Clean out on our septic system. This test will determine process of elimination by closing off certain vent pipes. Within a short period of time we were able to identify where our problem was. The toilet in the main bathroom was filling the room with smoke. We had Tom remove the toilet to check the seal and when we knew it wasn't the seal he found the problem with the flange that the toilet is bolted to. We had Tom repair the flange and he proceeded to redo the smoke test and all was perfect!! Tom was honest, professional and corrected the problem without trying to run up unnecessary expenses. We are extremely pleased with his work and would recommend this company. I think anyone having ongoing health problems or moving into a new house should consider having a smoke test done it is worth it. THANK YOU POTTY DOCTOR!!! Barbara M. Lake Worth

Do not use the potty doctor the owner is rude and unreasonable. They replaced a shower valve and set a toilet which my husband had already pulled the toilet. The owner gave me a verbal estimate of $500 to $700 and billed $1000 which I stated I will only pay the estimated amount sent him one payment then sent another check for payment which he returned void on the check. This owner came to my home and started cursing at me and using the F bomb which is so unprofessional I ask him to leave several times shut the door and he proceeded to curse at me thru the window. Do not use this business unless you want to be harassed and be cursed at. !!!

My brand new toilet was running off and on. My go-to plumber was on vacation so unfortunately my wife called Potty Doctor. Their plumber said we needed a new fill valve/flapper system, and it was going to cost $275. I didn't believe him because like I said, the toilet is brand new, and based on what I read it just needed to be adjusted. I paid the guy his $75 service call and sent him packing. My go-to plumber, a very honest man, showed up a couple weeks later, lifted the tank lid, adjusted a screw on the fill valve, which slightly lowered the water level in the tank to the right level for the system to work correctly. Done. Problem solved in less than 30 seconds. He didn't even want to charge me but of course I insisted and slipped him $100 in his shirt pocket. Whether it's a competency issue or an honesty issue I suggest Potty Doctor have a talk with the plumber (TCO) they sent, as he is a poor reflection on the company.

I came home to a leaking water heater, they came out, checked to make sure it was the water heater and not pipes in wall behind it. Called on the water heater to see if there was a warranty for me. Then replaced it and got me all set up for much less. I would definitely use them again! Thank you Potty Doctor!

Charges $150 per hour per person on the job site - way higher than other local plumbers.

I needed work done asap and I called the potty doctor plumbing. Customer service was the worse, they said they were coming out to start working on my bathroom in the morning. I sat around and waited all morning til I finally called them and they gave me the run around. And said to me that time got away from him, that there is nothing he can do about. He didn't even have the decency to call and ask me if we could reschedule.

Given an estimate of $200 - $300 to replace a valve handle and fix a leak. Ultimately charged over $400. Owner said they charge by the hour. They wasted an hour trying to figure out how to turn water off when all they had to do was tighten the valve shut off - which is ultimately how they turned it off. This is unacceptable and inexcusable for a company that has experience.

Potty Doctor was hired to fix a broken water line under my house. The estimate was $10,000 which I thought was a lot but I had him do the repair as a mutual friend recommended him. He did say the repair did not include the master bathroom. I replied that it was OK since the bathroom was remodeled and plumbing was relatively new. When he was finished I walked in to the bathroom to turn on the water in the sinks. No water came out. I complained but had to pay him another $4000, to complete the job. I assume that they cut the wrong pipe. I do not recommend him to anyone!!!!

This is a great local business. Potty Doctor came out to a client's house for me to fix a toilet that was having an issue. They were extremely polite and professional. They changed their schedule to get out there same day, and fixed the problem for a good price. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issue.
