Charged me $595 in Feb.2010 to fix a very small leak on a gas water heater line ($500 "per bid") and to de-winterize the home ($95). We had a very short window to get this issue resolved before closing on this home, and I feel Mr. Pottsy took advantage of us, considering the very limited amount of time to complete the work (maybe 1.5 hours at most). The work was effective, just WAY overpriced. Also, he offered no warranty. I just came across the receipt recently, and wanted to make others aware of my strong dissatisfaction with the rate charged under tight timeframe (which he knew about). Shop around, you can likely do MUCH better.
