After another plumber scheduled and didn't show twice, I called Potter Plumbing. I was immediately impressed with their friendliness and that they happened to be able to get to my place next day. Great people to work with. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I discovered a leak within a wall in our home. Being a Saturday, we called a plumbing outfit that stated they were open. To make a long story short, the company didn't get back to me by Monday so a call went in to Potter Plumbing. Spoke with Justin who was way cool and polite. Said a crew would be at my home between 9:00 and 9:30 am in the morning. Boom! Arrived right on time with Johnathan and Matthew. They identified a pinhole leak in the wall and within an hour of arrival had everything repaired. The guys were professional and friendly. A very reasonable bill followed. Great service. Prompt service. They are now on speed dial.

They were called on Saturday morning for a leak in the garage. POTTER set up appointment for Monday,they fixed the leak and charged $1200.00 they said it was an emergency call because they had to fit me into their schedule.With that rational everything is an emergency and you will also be paying $300.00 an hour for their service.Do not use them, and tell your friends!!!!

I used these folks to replace a garbage disposal and there was no problem--it was a routine job and their work was fine.

I called them again a few weeks later and made an appointment with Justin Smith for a Tuesday afternoon job, with 5 days of lead time. So, Monday after I called them to confirm the time they'd be coming over on Tuesday I got a short, but to the point voice-mail message from them: ""We can't make it over on Tuesday or any other time--too busy.""

I will not use this outfit again. Again, the work seems fine--when they actually honor their appointments...but right now I've got a couple of new toilets sitting in boxes, still waiting to be installed. Fortunately, I got ahold of another local plumber on the phone and got the work scheduled.

I have been a customer for years. I've watched the business grow and continue with ""Grandpa's philosophy of excellence in service. But as with the way of the world the prices have become way out of reach for older, retired people where we are forced to let some repairs wait until another time.

Had another plumber out this morning who could not fix my leaking faucet. Potter was able to come out same day and within 20 minutes replaced and rerouted the leaking faucet to make it more accessible. Also took a look at and made intelligent suggestions on what could be done on a shower that sporadically leaks. Very professional and quick service, highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They came promptly, and professionally and fixed my water leak and garbage disposal quickly. Previously, I had called two local plumbers who never even responded.
