Poor communication. Could not get a return phone call, let alone an appointment. Plumber was here 25 to 30 mins and just looked around and gave us some info. Then got billed $150 !!!

Had a plumbing issue over the weekend and called Potomac Monday morning. Left a message with their answering service and received a call back that afternoon. Was able to make an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. They showed up within a few minutes of the appointment time and was able to diagnose the problem. They went to work and fixed out problem. My daughter and I have used them several times over the years and been very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Had everything on their truck to do the job. No delays at all.

This business has a lot of room for improvements. Bob talked endlessly about the house he just flipped and kept stopping to show me pictures. (Pretty inconvenient when you pay someone by the hour.) He forgot a tool he needed for his work so I drove to Lowe's and bought one. Tracey spent over an hour hanging out outside smoking and eating. I counted over 30 cigarette butts on my lawn that night. And to top it off, the laundry sink they installed was leaking and needed a gasket.

A company that honestly puts safety first, and problem solves issues. They have done work for us before. We called the owner out to look at a radiator boiler, and hot water heater we had just installed, as the hookup was complicated and we wanted to trouble-shoot the system. He did a thorough evaluation, saw no issues, and no charge. He was helpful, professional, and will get our business in the future.
