I can't express how happy I am that we found Brandon and Potomac Plumbing! They installed a new water softener, well bladder and hot water heater. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly and professional. A year later, I contacted Brandon with an issue and he came to our house the next morning to fix it! I rarely ever write reviews, but look no further if you want an honest opinion from someone who's used Potomac Plumbing and Gas for multiple repairs:

My husband had originally contacted Brandon four months ago in an emergency. We bought our first house a year ago and it was built in the 1930's which had galvanized steel pipes being used as gas lines. Long story short, we ended up with a gas leak and had to have all of our lines replaced to get our house up to code. Brandon showed up that next day and after getting one other quote from a big company, we felt more than confident that he had given us a great price to replace our lines. Not only was the quote great, but he got to work immediately and replaced the lines throughout the whole house. That day. We were blown away- he was so easygoing and friendly, we talked about our families and after he left we knew we had found a gem.

Fast forward to two weeks ago- we were trying to replace our second floor toilet and shut off our main to go run errands. When we returned home we found our water main shut off had failed (this old house problem), and was leaking water through the floor and into our basement. In that moment my husband immediately called Brandon- mind you, it was 8:30 PM on a SATURDAY. Brandon got on FaceTime and helped for thirty minutes, took time out of his weekend to lend a hand. We were so grateful. Just like last time, Brandon and his team came out, gave us a fair price, and installed brand new PEX replacing our rusted old water pipes and a water softening unit (which has been amazing- mine and my daughters hair and skin has been so soft and manageable and we've already seen a difference in how much soap and detergent we have to use to accomplish the same job!). Sammy, Matt, and even Brandon's dad came out and got it done. Not only do they do things right, but they are genuinely good honest people that we will trust for literally anything we need moving forward regarding plumbing and gas.

My husband and I are both small business owners and this is a huge reason why we chose Brandon and his team- we stay for the unbeatable prices, over the top customer service, family feel that has been there for us repeatedly in times of need. Look no further!!

Potomac Plumbing is a wonderful company. The owner Brandon was so responsive and professional. I had a leak in my kitchen island that ended up being catastrophic. Brandon was at my house that day and fixed the leak. Subsequently I hired him to replace all the old pipes and to say the least, both Brandon and Zack went above and beyond what needed to be accomplished. During the mitigation of damages phase, the the contractors broke another pipe removing the kitchen island. Brandon went out to my house and topped off the line so when I got back in town I would have water. His responsiveness was awesome. Every time I called, he answered his phone. I was amazed by their professionalism and dedication to making my horrible experience better. I have a plumber for life!

Brandon and the team at Potomac Plumbing were so great to work with. My 24 year-old water heater gave out so I looked around to get estimates for a tankless water heater for a nice upgrade to my home. After meeting with different companies, I decided to choose Potomac because the pricing was better than fair and they were prompt with everything; from scheduling, providing an estimate (1 hour turn around time!), and the installation. They installed a Navien Tankless water heater with really cool WiFi controlled capabilities. They provided excellent customer service and care. Awesome people, highly recommend! Thank you Potomac Plumbing for making this such an easy process :)

We ended up having a drain issue in our bathroom and couldn't figure out why with a 50 ft auger we couldn't get whatever was stuck in there out. Called these guys and they came out the same day, no extra charge. So with a 75 ft auger it was fixed. Our drain issue in our bathroom was 65 ft down!! No wonder we couldn't get it. Whatever it was, it now is gone and we are happy. That bathroom now is much better than when we even moved in about four years ago. It runs a lot better. They are very professional and do excellent work. We will definitely be using them again if needed in the future.

Had an emergency where the toilet shutoff valve was leaking and the main shutoff did not work. Water everywhere and the bathroom was slowly flooding. Brandon was able to come out quickly and replace the toilet valve to stop the leak. He even offered a discount because the job was easier than he expected. Excellent work and quick problem solving. Will definitely hire again.

They were Great! Brandon came out to make sure everything was okay, and of course it was. His team came to look at the work to be done (adding a new bathroom) and had a plan within minutes. They were finished by early afternoon. The work was neat and clean with only about 15 minutes of us not being able to use the facilities. We are asking them back to do the bathroom in the basement.
